    @O2 why had O2 changed, meaning g your customer service is bad as Virgin, called 3 times to get Refund in last 2 months and every time your staff have lied to me, today I ring up and it’s the sam excuses, honestly it’s is so disrespectful, staff don’t listen or tell you the truth

    @O2 Hi - Another problem sadly. When I upgraded my SIM only to 25GB per month, I specifically asked the person I was chatting with whether it meant I could roam freely up to the 25GB and was told YES! 1/n

    @O2 I have waited 2 days for switch of old number to new O2 SIM and now I am getting "SIM 1 not provisioned" error. I cannot now ring customer services and chat lines say not available. Can you help me please?

    @O2 1st operator said go to store 0 help, 2nd operator never noticed my acct was not active so the number swap the operator arranged got cancelled, 3rd operator sorted my acct but not transfer of old number from 3, total time spent on 3 calls and 1 shop visit = maybe 5-6 hrs
