@O2 Thats a massive ***** up on your part really. You promised a service that has failed for many of your customers by not working at all. I appreciate demand was high but O2 has let its customers down massively. The second it crashed sales should have been halted until repaired

  • mathewhamer mathew hamer (@mathewhamer) reported

@O2 How can they be sold out if the app and website have been down all day??????

  • JTLloydJones Jason Lloyd-Jones (@JTLloydJones) reported

@O2 I feel the same as a lot of o2 customers let down, been with o2 30 years won’t be for much longer.

  • Martynwatkins Martyn Watkins (@Martynwatkins) reported

@johnsinfield @O2 No such thing as bad publicity - reports all over the bbc driving more traffic to a show thats already guaranteed to sell out. They are delivering the required service, as every available ticket will be sold. Cost to scale for a short peak just doesnt deliver a return.

  • choclab123 Lord Bailey (@choclab123) reported

@O2 Presale lasts for 48 hours and your sold out in 8 hours. With the App down all day, who have you sold all those tickets to #peterkaytickets #peterkaytour #peterkay

  • jimmediaart Jim Giddins (@jimmediaart) reported

  • sharon_cliff sharon cliff (@sharon_cliff) reported

@O2 How can you have sold out when you said yourselves o2 priority has been down?

  • jugggggin ***** (@jugggggin) reported

@O2 Absolutely shameful. Such an absolute awful company

  • CheryleMoloney Cheryle Moloney (@CheryleMoloney) reported

@O2 I have refreshed all day and still not on yet, seeing tickets for sale for £1000!! Absolute joke!! Telecommunications giant with issues due to priority, absolutely embarrassing!! @peterkay_co_uk surly this Is not acceptable in this current climate 😑 you tried to keep price down

  • ShaneBonehill Shane Bonehill (@ShaneBonehill) reported

@O2 Surely even an idiot would have anticipated the demand on these and prep work would have been taken for the website not to crash. And seeing Peter is doing a residency at the O2 arena, should O2 customers have an extra chance to get the tickets seeing they’ve been waiting all day?
