Even accessible tickets were screwed on @axs_uk, @TheO2 (only one I was following, but I know it was generally bad) . heartbroken, Lewis is the only artist i've wanted tgo see in years. I don't have any hope for Thursday, feels like they are all gone. @o2 "priority" itself was a farce as well

@MattsFarming @O2 I am sorry to hear about your mother's death and the problems you have had with O2 O2 is in my top 3 companies for the worst customer service I have ever had The other two companies are one of the debt collection companies which they employ (Moorcroft) and their partners Virgin.

@O2 the worst service. E sims dubs work. Got told to go to a store and pick up a SIM card. No one said I needed id other than my phone. Now they won’t serve me. A week sorting so far

@O2 having such a bad experience with a new contract. Ported num to o2 3.5 weeks ago and every call showing as no caller ID. Customer service are clueless and just keep telling me to reset settings and it’s a phone issue but the same thing happens when sim is put in a diff phone
