  @mhewson_MCH @O2 Switch to Tesco, I did it as soon as they announced the ridiculous rise. Same network, but way cheaper and you don't get bombarded with the ridiculous O2 Priority stuff.

  @O2 I left O2 mid January having paid £61 in December, phone calls after phone calls and each time I was told a manager would call, never did, in the end I was going to go to the regulator.

  @O2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

  @O2 Hello. There is never any signal around Edgeley Road, SK3. Every week I go there my phone goes on to emergency calls only and is happening to all of my friends phones too. Could this be logged as a fault? Or the coverage map be updated

  @O2 Due to your automated phone system I couldn't speak with anyone about the matter as the number wasn't my number. It was handed to debt collectors who placed the default on my credit file. I have been a customer with you on my genuine number for 18 years and never missed a payment

  @O2 no, i log in through the app no problem, then no matter what i click on it’s sending me a verification email every time
