    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    I want to cancel the contract @o2 as I do not want the iPhone 14. And I’ve shopped elsewhere for the phone I need. I will however use the same monthly contract I was on last year.

    @o2 and @ncullen177 Can you please help with porting my number it's been 8 days now have lost access to my number and am getting no help other than wait 24 hours from customer service. I leave for America this afternoon so need the number sorted ASAP.

    @RichieFirth We went to see kings of Leon @O2 and a woman sat 2 rows in front Danced like a maniac during the support act then spent the rest of the gig on her iPad playing candy crush! She was on her own as well!

    @ajalita1 @O2 Me too, I'm not even their customer, I was frauded and they know this, I've done everything, including a fraud police report reference! They just keep hounding me!

    Such a shame @EE’s coverage is so shocking because @O2’s customer service is even WORSE. Sigh. First world problem but is it too much to ask for both?

    Neither business (@O2 and @monzo) is taking responsibility for the money that was taken out my account. At least 02 have given me a time frame to investigate this and Monzo fobbed me off with there is a high demand for help. I’ll be unable to pay for therapy due to this.

    @O2 I did & was told I get the o2 network … full stop No access to the app, no discounts or access to promotions.

    @O2 your service has been so terrible recently. How do I not even have calling signal. It just says “NO SERVICE” I’m currently travelling and have had to connect to wifi at a connecting station. It’s dark, I’m a woman, I need to make a call for a taxi when I reach my destination

    @ncullen177 @O2 I just spent 27 mins on phone to customer service transferred to 3 different agents explained my issue 3 times and still totally confused over my final bill glad I left o2 been a customer for many years the customer service is a big let down
