    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    Sneaky @O2 added Disney+ to my account which I hadn’t realised and had been paying for. Never watched anything on it and now deleted. Hey o2 can I get a refund...?

    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    @O2 Hi. I have been trying to get through by phone to cancel my contract - hold times are too long and no response via online chat. How do I cancel without having to call? I have my PAC code and have transferred my number - is that enough?

    Counting down the days until I can leave @O2 I never get signal, I can only use WiFi at home. What is the point in paying nearly £70 a month to only use a mobile phone at home. I might as well have a landline. I work in Central London, in this day an age a phone is needed. 😡

    @O2 at the beginning of May your app told me that I could get Disney plus for free on my plan, I clicked it and then it started charging me each month. I STILL can’t cancel the Disney plus plan even though you falsely advertised it. I’ve tried through the app and online.

    @O2 @LutzSchueler Got hung up on twice by customer services while trying to ask for a document. Made a written complaint that you have not even bothered to acknowledge. What do I do now?

    @O2 laughable behaviour. Brake the agreement with OFCOM, say we can leave, I contact the team tonight at 747pm and they say “sorry, we’re closed - out hours of business close at 10pm”. Shocking bad business. I blame your merger with @virginmedia

    @O2 massive problems logging into my O2 account to check my gigabytes as am travelling CANNOT GET IN AT ALL EVEN AFTER NEW PASSWORD this is horrendous Long time customer and NOT HAPPY AT AT ITS HORRENDOUS I cannot enter the O2 site to check many things for my phone ANGRY
