    @O2 love the fact that O2 send a validation code by text for guest Wi-Fi…..reason for using guest Wi-Fi is no phone signal!

    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    Thanks @O2 - cancelled a contract on 27th Feb and you have still not refunded my money despite multiple calls. Worst customer service ever.

    Multiple attempts to get help from @O2, amounting to over 5 hours on hold. Still no resolution to issue. The response has been unhelpful and chaotic. Could you please advise how to get help. Feeling quite let down and disappointed after years as an O2 customer.

    @O2 basically O2 is nicking money out of customers pockets to makings falls promise which never delivered rubbish customer service rubbish answer end of an hours conversation answer is sorry we can’t do anything

    @O2 your customer service is absolutely horrific. I left years ago but for some reason my partner is still with you. He won’t be once this contract is up. Never again will I go through this hassle for a phone. It’s disgusting. My partner and all his family will be leaving.

    @O2 Yes. I was told over the phone to call 202 back when I try to use WiFi Extra in the future because they could not find what the issue was, so hopefully in a few days I should know where the problem comes from...

    @O2 2 hours trying to get you to get my account activated & its still not working. you keep telling me im activated but wont allow me to activate! will take 10 working days for IT to resolve!. Meantime I cannot query a charge on my bill you taken money for as I cannot see it!

    @O2 @Bombay1986 Gaz I feel your pain and o2 are shocking especially in the Southwest. 14 plus years and I’m done and you should listen to Kevin Bacon and stay connected. Customer service is a shambles 😡
