@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

  • MandzP1992 Amanda (@MandzP1992) reported from Bournemouth, England

@O2 It’s always not working I can’t use my internet in the gardens where all the shops are

  • rafthemaster Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

  • Hannah_eaton21 Hannah Eaton (@Hannah_eaton21) reported from Hamworthy, England

@O2 I would love a new phone on 5G I would never be with out internet or battery again 🤞

Fed up of @viginmedia broadband dropping out and @O2 signal being negligible meaning I can’t properly use my phone. Last Tim I spoke to O2 excuse was a mast wasn’t working and it’s still not. Need to end contracts.

  • intecorpuk Paul Chow (@intecorpuk) reported

Not very happy with my local Gregg this morning, we have redeemed 2 x o2 codes for 2 x large mocha. Only to be told system down sorry we can't honour your code. Shop refused to honour #howisitourfault @O2 @GreggsOfficial

  • volupchatterbox Kerry-Ann (@volupchatterbox) reported

The amount of calls I've received from " @O2 " this week alone have been awful! Every 20 minites different calls from different people and they're so rude when I explain I haven't been an O2 customer in years...

  • claudes1987 Claudine Emmanuel (@claudes1987) reported

No network coverage for @O2 for 4 days in potters bar herts. so bad!

  • AlanBiggs1 Alan Biggs (@AlanBiggs1) reported

Right @o2, I’ve been a loyal customer for years. But that loyalty doesn’t stretch to you handcuffing me! I choose a new phone from @MPD_Online & you CANCEL the order. Won’t allow it on your network with my account. That’s anti-free trade. Certainly immoral.

  • IanDavies84 🅸🅰🅽 (@IanDavies84) reported

Why is it @EE can get 5G in Wrexham but I struggle to do anything on 4G with @O2 absolutely shocking signal

  • akshayr Akshay Rangnekar (@akshayr) reported

Three months after ordering and @o2 still can't get a working SIM for me. Called customer service to complain, and they (a) tried to upsell me a product that I already have, and (b) accidentally disconnected me while trying to transfer me. Not sure you could be any worse #02

  • HolliCarden Holli “gobby scientist” Carden (@HolliCarden) reported

What is the point in paying for a phone connection that you can never us @o2 ?!?

  • Rae1990x Rae (@Rae1990x) reported

My signal on my phone is shockingly bad and the wifi! @O2 @virginmedia

  • catherine_mayer Catherine Mayer (@catherine_mayer) reported

It has been *checks notes* 50 days since @O2 promised me a callback. There must be a mobile phone company that offers better service & maybe even rewards customer loyalty rather than penalising it...
