I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 simply say that they are within the law to keep my £5000+ even though I've never used it. Watch out for direct debit abuse and watch out for @O2 in particular!

@O2 Hi there, since changing my number a few months ago I’m getting a ridiculous amount of marketing calls and texts. I understand these are recycled numbers sometimes this is causing issues at work as my phone is constantly going off. I need my phone on due to my children. - 1/2
