  • csljohnkirby
    John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reported

@Alicetweets @O2 credits of £165 and £54.42 missing been on hold, cut off through security 5 times since 16.17 today, and it is now 18.14 and told that the credits have been moved, but they can not tell me where, and there is no senior person than the rude and obstructive individual I am talking to, and he has lied to me three times during this call, which is mean to be recorded.

  • Marooned_Sailor
    Ian Judd (@Marooned_Sailor) reported

@O2 Did some research and as suspected you never actually rolled mmwave out…. Feels like some false advertising @Ofcom what are you doing? Where are all the speeds promised 6 years ago… yet again a weak uk regulator in the pockets of those its supposed to be holding to account

  • StephenB9fle
    Stephen B (@StephenB9fle) reported

@O2 Can never make payments jst takes ages to loads shocking since use joined with virgin media

  • besdato
    LoveASunset (@besdato) reported

@O2 in the past month I’ve won two complimentary coffee from Greggs, but both times you haven’t sent a code to my email. Blue Mondays is not working!

  • iamryanodonnell
    Ryan O'Donnell (@iamryanodonnell) reported

@O2 Thank you but I’ve pretty much done all of this. The network needs serious investment to manage the amount of people connected, and to ensure data is reliable and stable.

  • a_n_n__m
    𝒂𝒏𝒏 𝒎 (@a_n_n__m) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.

  • CliveDaviesUK
    🇺🇦 Clive Davies #FBPE 🔶🇬🇧🇪🇺🇭🇰 (@CliveDaviesUK) reported

@O2 There’s really no point as nothing ever changes! And when Virgin Media goes down (which happens far too often) I have zero means of communication. The price hike was the last straw really - time to move to another provider.

  • ebamsky
    Skylier (@ebamsky) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 You're right. O2 should be the worst. I've used Three (more of coverage than quality problem) which was fair, I've recently ported to EE-based provider from O2.

  • WasSamLowryEsq
    @WasSamLowryEsq (@WasSamLowryEsq) reported

@apsamuelson @TomTugendhat @O2 This would never catch on. Too many vested interests keen to fill the troughs of these scumbags.

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
