@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

Please help me @O2 I am trying to top up my son’s phone and every (valid) card is being refused. This is driving me nuts enough to consider changing network. Phone customer care won’t help as it is PAYG phone even though I have had a contract for years!

@darren101uk @three @O2 Any iPhone 6s or newer will support Apple Watch, it only matters about what network you are on if it’s a cellular one you want. Unless you’ll be regularly out without your iPhone you’re cheaper getting the non cellular model.
