Victoria 🦊 (@VickiMilly) reported@EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.
-
Pauline Wardle (@pmw_77) reported@kokeshimum @scampaboy @O2 Event venues often have signal jammers to prevent live streaming. Supermarkets are just as bad, use our app to get discounts etc then can’t use it due to metal building and no working WiFi
-
Big Ed (@62BigEd) reported@kokeshimum @O2 UK is so bad with mobile phone coverage. I've been to Iceland and had a full signal with 5g driving through a tunnel or way out in the wilderness.
-
Martin Lee (@Watch_n_Wait) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Listen to any talk radio show and the regularity with which they "lose" guests and callers is embarrassing, and nearly all down to dodgy mobile connections. Sadly Brits gave up a really decent landline system for the "convenience" of mobile without thinking about quality.
-
Andre Vella (@andrevella) reported@mitchhirsty @bencrolla @O2 I managed to pay via the email they send. There is a link there. Hope its helpful. Rubbish service from their end. System is a mess.
-
Michael Hunter (@MJJHunter) reported@_unidropout @O2 It is absolutely terrible. Frequent gaps in coverage even in major town centres, often no such problems for others on different networks
-
L M (@LM1163420367894) reported@jibbajabbba @kokeshimum @O2 EE has 5g where I live, yet videos end up with the 'loading wheel of death' regularly.... The UK infrastructure across the board is **** compared to many other countries
-
Stevie Franks (@Stevie5tapes) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I am with O2, I work in Huddersfield, signal generally ok. O2 customer service is however very bad.
-
Stuart Semple (@StuartSemple85) reportedBeen in Crete for the last 2 weeks including trips off the coast and up the mountains and I had full signal and 5g…return home and not even 3 miles from Ayr and I’ve practically got to hang out the window. Why is our infrastructure so poor? @O2 @Ofcom @scotgov
