    @O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    @O2 my contact is coming to an end very soon and I’m looking for a good deal as I’ve been a long time customer (bt cellnet days) I kind of know what I looking for so hopefully your customer service will be good to me

    @O2 love the fact that O2 send a validation code by text for guest Wi-Fi…..reason for using guest Wi-Fi is no phone signal!

    Sneaky @O2 added Disney+ to my account which I hadn’t realised and had been paying for. Never watched anything on it and now deleted. Hey o2 can I get a refund...?

    @O2 are you having issues with your card payment system? I’m trying to pay the reservation fee to upgrade but no method is working. Cards, Apple Pay or PayPal. I have funds in the account and have also tried 2 individual accounts Incase it was my bank.

    @O2 It’s been ongoing for over a year. You told me it had been resolved but we continue to have no @O2 signal. Seems to have started when you put in a new mast down the road.

    @O2 @woolfall57943 You have no coverage that’s the issue. Everyone is becoming aware of the o2 scam . You would be better off we a map of phone boxes

    @O2 has totally lost it ! Anybody else thinks like I do ? Charged me £2,000 this year and the service I required and paid for did not work when i needed it !

    @ad_moran4 @O2 Ha ha, they've fooled you!!! They don't know what customer service is anymore sadly!!! You won't be able to use your new phone anywhere in the UK on O2!!!
