    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    @O2 love the fact that O2 send a validation code by text for guest Wi-Fi…..reason for using guest Wi-Fi is no phone signal!

    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    Hi @O2, good morning. Hope you're well. Wondering if there's any kind of issue. My calls keep dropping after around 20 seconds. Just goes quiet but stays connected. I can't even call 202 to talk about it lol. Is there a problem on the network? Thanks.

    @O2 is there a particular reason that almost everywhere I go your network essentially doesn't work? Data often just sits there, may work a bit if I force 3G, but usually not. End up using another network almost every day. Only place it works well is home, where I don't need it!

    @O2 are an absolute disgrace! Been with O2 20+ years and never needed them for anything, now I need them to fix an issue they’ve caused and they are completely oblivious, incompetent and slow! Customer Service is a Shambles! Loyalty means absolutely nothing! #CustomerService

    @O2 you staff in South Africa are dodgy. Mthulisi wants to game access to my account by changing details on it sign in and password. When I ask to speak to manager he refuses even when I explain I don't feel safe. I do not give permission and never will.

    Since @O2 lost signal in my area yesterday my phone keeps saying I am not registered to a Network but still managed to make a call yesterday. I'm so confused 😕
