I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 hi I’m having trouble with my signal It comes & goes I’ve switched my phone on & off it comes back then it goes again I get a signal fine upstairs. I don’t know if it’s the SIM card?

@O2 what the hell is going on? On the @c2c_Rail train have full 5G signal yet can’t stream a song on Apple Music without it buffering. This really is a basic requirement now and you can’t do it….. by far the worst network in the UK.

@virginmedia @O2 after spending 5 mins trying to log into live tv. Going thru a load of steps I get “sign in failed”. Do you actually test anything? Half the options during sign in don’t even work like passkey
