@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@gingerllama79 @O2 I've been waiting for 36 days for a response to my complaint. Over a month. In that time I've told them that the unending waiting and O2 continuing to take my money without consent from my account has caused me to self harm to the point I needed stitches and still nothing.

@O2 why have I received a 97p bill for a contract I cancelled the day after I took it out (within the cooling off period and I never even used the sim, it’s still in the sealed packaging) and why can’t I view it anywhere?

@O2 Hi, please can you advise why we can't sign into priority app on any phone in our household. It has been fine for several months but we seem to have been locked out. We have a virgin media sign in. Yesterday we signed up to an extra O2 phone contract. Now, we have no access.
