You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....

Today I’ve experienced doc upload, payment, app login, chat, form failures, spent 60 minutes on hold today and still no resolution. Awful customer service. Unacceptable!
