I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 customer services shocking after spending nearly 3 hours on the phone to them I had to go to the wolves store and sort it out myself. Massive thank you too Jeeves who works at o2 wolves for finding me a phone reserving it at merry hill I know have my new phone

@O2 Yes. Your sales person said she could get the discount. O2 called her not the other way around so they knew she was already a customer so telling her she could get the loyalty discount was clearly untrue. Our business contracts are up soon. You have lost a customer.

Anybody else have any problems with @O2 today? I've carried over bill to next month so data was reinstalled.But today I've not been able to connect to data,text or make phone calls. Turning it off and on don't work either.I need my phone for work tomorrow so it needs to be sorted

@philchamp_ @O2 @ThreeUK We were looking at all the options but the promised 20% discount tipped the balance back to O2. But like all these things it is a con. You have to "claim" the discount after you sign up. Well all I can say is O2 just lost me and the business as a customer. Truly fed up with this.

Once again no data roaming for me since I moved to a sim only card @O2 WHY?! I’ve called a few days ago to resolve this ahead of travelling again and the advice was to try out the different service providers. Here I am. Tried them all out. No dice

@O2 Why is my local area experiencing frequent 9hr long blackouts of no phone or 4g/WiFi signal? I'm paying for a service you aren't reliably delivering! Its incredibly inconvenient!
