    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    @ZayaJones77 @William251201 @O2 I was the same. O2 can't even march my renewal to the new customer deals they offer. Instead they offered me one £80 a year more expensive than a new customer, where as a new customer I could Quidco £45 off too. No Loyalty to existing customers. :/

    @O2 @UswitchUK There are thousands without signal a d calls I'm disabled and even medical alerts don't work let's ask that these award people be investigated to see if they are independent and how such a bad network can win anything just asked advertiser and daily mirror

    @O2 Would prefer to wake up and being able to use my phone it's been 8 days even medical alert service can't get service your putting life at risk
