George Howie (@thegrumpyjock) reported from Pontefract, England@O2 You have already told me you can't help as you can't trace a payment via chat so then I yet again needed to deal with your shocking customer service team on phone wasting my own time yet again this is all despite my account being settled because I paid the bill

ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported@O2 I shouldn’t have to beg for a better deal, I have three numbers with you and they are all getting more expensive, with poor service signal involved across them all
-
Gareth Kirk (@GarethTheNerd) reported@mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)
-
✨ (@toekelly_) reported@O2 no, i log in through the app no problem, then no matter what i click on it’s sending me a verification email every time
-
Scott Saunders (@s7saunders) reported@O2 Yes checked , there is really poor signal in lists of places locally at the minute and it’s now just my phone . The major issue is the work location and then the drive in between when it’s almost unusable

Matt (@Matt14862528) reported@Wadey9971 @O2 @TezzaBelle88 Why does the corporate world to implement this rubbish on us and then think this is acceptable. Pay more for less service!
