@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@TheO2 so disappointed in the lack of customer care I have been with @O2 for 15 years@they cannot seem to solve or even talk about my complaint of why my bill is £1300+ in 6 months,it should’ve be 50% less.Why wont they address my main complaint and talk to me just pass me around

@O2 Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get to speak to anyone for technical help. I was on live chat at 7am and no agents available yet again. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to call also. Really frustrating, I know it’s a busy time of year but O2 this is rubbish.

@Tim_Burgess @O2 Only ever encountered it as support to bigger bands, so I'd sell them from the stage and stare down any capitalist pig promoter who had the nerve to ask for a cut of something they did **** all to make.
