@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@O2 which courier do you use? The expected delivery date was today I have the tracking number but it doesn’t work with dpd, yodel or evri so a little confused. I can’t login to myo2 as the code is being sent to the new number with the phone that I haven’t received yet

@O2 And like clockwork at 1625 today, 4 year old watching YouTube on my phone and the video stops. No data for at least a mile. Pr7 4dj. Don’t dare to tell me there’s not a problem, it happens every day when I drive there.
