    @O2 No. The problem comes from the fact your website apparently doesn't like Firefox. I gave all the details to someone on live chat last night, although I question if they actually reported the problem.

    @O2 just rung to have an old phone unlocked only for your customer service woman to hang up on me in a huff!! I have IMEI so why the need to trace the phone in my account? Bought phone outright from a third party with an O2 sim who told me to contact you so shouldn’t show (1/2)

    @O2 Scammed. Realised immediately. Called 202. O2 couldn’t cancel scam order that was less than 10 mins old. But it’s going to take fraud team 14 days to contact me. Scammer had my details - how? 🧵
