@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 The signal in the town has always been iffy, but the last few months its been a complete joke, and the last 2 it's taken the biscuit. I've done all sorts, sim swaps, airplane mode and restarting phone. It's definitely down to the fact the service is awful/ getting worse.

@O2 just sent me a notification that 5g was now available on my plan for free. That would be fantastic, the problem is I can barely get 4G and 3g is almost none existent at all here so i'd rather they gave me one of them first!

@O2 A string of problems since I joined the network. I wanted to bring my family on. I managed to get myself and my daughter on, my son is stuck on EE because you refuse to give me an additional line (I have amazing credit score). Signal worse, slower, I’ll be leaving end of contract

@O2 Text messages stopped sending... so went onto status on Saturday to say a mast has issues... signed up to notifications, got txt today saying I'll get a new update in 5 days!!!
