@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@O2 I get updates via text & the My Network app. These problems won't be fixed, you said the engineers fixed it just over one month ago and 2 weeks ago. The message changes from a fault to showing as more people using the network & O² assume these people will disappear - they won't!
