@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

Absolutely hate @O2 - stupid app that keeps trying to link to Virgin Media. I can’t wait to get my code to move to Vodafone. No wonder you’re losing business with over complicated apps and expensive tariffs! 👋 o2.

@O2 Hi, do you know how long it will take for a local phone mast to be fixed? It's now been over 48 hours and I still have no service and can only use my phone if it is connected to WiFi, but cannot make calls or receive SMS

It has been brought to my attention that @O2 is doing a number on their customer , I may need to part ways of them if their price is too high . The government isn’t increasing our salaries so we must go where it’s cheaper .
