@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

@O2 I swapped over to o2 a few weeks ago from 3. Just after the end of the 14 day cooling off period my mobile data stopped working. Where ever I go there’s a mast not working-is unusable! I’ve tried the chat function and service checker and both those aren’t working.

I’ve put formal complaint in twice about @O2 and the poor service I been getting for nearly 6-12 months and they ignored both my complaints said they get back within 5 days and on both occasions they haven’t. Can you help @OmbudServices what eles can I do to get them 2 listen?

So @O2 I paid a second visit to your Teesside park store today as informed by your store colleague on my wasted visit on Friday , as it would be quiet .. guess what ?? 90 minute wait and still no one in the shop and all virtual appointments Great service this by the way 🥴🥴
