Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....

You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

I’ve also tried calling 02 to discuss four times and their customer services are inept. I’m giving it away now.
