@BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

@O2 @RichardBloch I'm having exactly the same problem - bank has absolutely no knowledge of a GED number, it is not in the DD information nor the entry on my statements. And if you look in the forum it's something others have struggled with.

@O2 @TalkTalk just spend 1hr 15 minutes trying to get my vulnerable elderly dad’s mobile transferred to 02 as his phone is broken - £5 per month sim only - but he only has a building society account. @O2 apparently can’t facilitate this without a bank card! He’s 82 & shielding!
