    @O2 one of the worst network issue I experienced in my whole life is with O2.. Iam unable to make a call, my payment delayed 2 days and I paid it, it’s been 30hrs still I am unable to make a call, it’s redirecting to customer service and it’s the worst service I ever got..

    @O2 hi there! Been charged £5 to reply to an 02 survey text when abroad. Was told it would be free to reply- it’s in the text. Literally I replied with a single digit. Would like this refunded. Can’t get hold of anyone to resolve this, please help!

    The @O2 4G signal in the town centre of Bournemouth is truly pathetic! For years it's been awful! I pay so much for it to be so rubbish!

    I’m sorry @O2 but this is the end of our friendship - years of loyalty has bought be nothing. The service has got worse, not better and for the cost it’s not worth it - I’m off to see if @ThreeUK is a magic number maybe they can give me what I need - fair well and goodbye

    @O2 I’ve been with you the grand total of 3 days and already regretting switching to you! Can’t even get switching my number right. Had no working number for a day and you can’t tell me when I will actually have a working phone number! Shocking service!

    @BBCClick No mention of outage of the @O2 network last year in this report. Instead talking about a 'potential scenario' that actually already @Ericsson has created, stopping communication, taking IoT device such as digital bus stop signs offline for 24 hours in many countries @spenley

    @O2 love the fact that O2 send a validation code by text for guest Wi-Fi…..reason for using guest Wi-Fi is no phone signal!

    @O2 If you are investing, I’m not seeing much evidence of it. The service in the Bournemouth area can be pretty abysmal- it might say 5G on my phone, but that doesn’t mean anything.

    I have cancelled my direct debit. I can provide you with the details of the contract by DM if you wish. I will not waste another 2 hours of my life on the phone waiting for @O2 ‘customer services’ to answer my call.

    Wow. @O2 ‘customer service’ is really very bad. If they think I’ll just hang up and not cancel my contract because they’ve kept me waiting on hold for nearly 2 hours so far, it isn’t going to work. It’s just made me very determined never to take out another contact with them.

    @O2 when I try to log into Priority I’m now asked to enter my phone number and then a code I get sent by you. When I do this it takes me back to the start of the process. Please advise. Also, my 3/4/5g is always terrible. Even in central London.
