@19581lucy7_ @O2 I feel your pain Lucy... I am seriously debating moving over to Tesco network when my o2 contract expires because I can't get to talk to another human to sort out my problem!! xx

@O2 I have been messaging with you since 9.3.23 and the issue is still NOT RESOLVED. I have 2 debt collection letters addressed to me because of your incompetent “customer service centre “ I’d appreciate a response…

@O2 I cannot get any signal apart from on wifi, how can I find out where the issue lies?

@O2 I think I've sorted it. It's taken a few attempts, although the promised a confirmation email that I've been promised every time I've attempted to cancel, has never arrived.

@M477OLI @O2 Warranty would cover if it's gone faulty through no fault of your own (and within warranty period). If it's broken because you've dropped it etc then it's accidental damage and you'd need to claim on insurance or pay for repair.

I bought @o2 mobile wifi last year for our holiday home for the 7 month season. I’ve just bought yet another at a cost of £72 to never even get it out of the box because it was cheaper to buy another with a new contract rather than buy just a SIM. What a waste!

@19581lucy7_ @O2 I didn't realise they used o2 mast...my mum is with Tesco too and has not had any issues and she lives in a small village xx

@WayneWheatley44 @O2 I've tried all of their "tips", their network is completely overloaded. Far too many people using a cheap inefficient network. They need to dump billions into improving it which will take years.

Why is it so impossible for @O2 to provide a simple 4G network that actually works.

@O2 Hi, I've been at my parents' since Weds 15th. At no time have I had any sustained signal & at such a crucial time in my life. They are based in PR4, but this problem has been throughout Blackpool, too. My O2 relatives have had the same problem
