O2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2

@O2 you need to address the issue, thousands of people online moaning the past few days that they have no signal..on twitter, Facebook etc.. generic reply about try these tips..but it’s clearly a bigger issue that you don’t want to admit! Half the country seems to be affected!

@Natalie91817695 @O2 The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @joram_wawa for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

@MrJamesMay @O2 why is my 3G and 4G internet speed soooooo slow? Whenever have a powercut and loose WiFi it is impossible to use the iPhone even with 2 or 3 bars of network coverage!
