@virginmedia We were put on hold for 20 minutes while your customer services team looked into it, then we were transferred without comment to @O2 who were not at fault, had nothing to do with the complaint (they charged us the right amount) and had no idea why we were on the phone to them.

@O2 The reliability of your network compared to what I pay in airtime every month is absolutely trash. I am getting beyond fed up of constantly losing signal. Zero or 1 bar signal is not good enough. Sort your network out

@O2 The Brentwood branch aren't answering. Please DM me and I'll supply any information you need, but I only signed my deal last week and I would like to cancel it completely and I will return the handset on Saturday. I wish to leave O2 as well, what information do I need to bring?

@O2 Nice reply… but this has been a long time and when other networks don’t have the same problem I think it’s just o2 as even Fred flintstone who sits next to me at bolton wanderers ground can get a signal on pre 1990s phone when I can’t
