.@O2 I’ve been waiting 72 hours for a manager call back for an issue I’ve complained about 3 times now. Do you guys just get off on ignoring customers?

  • Extinguisherman Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported

@trotttrott3 @O2 The networks congested, it’s not fit for purpose, masts all over the place are termed ‘busy’ which really means congested. Too many devices try to access poor infrastructure. I suggest retweeting complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk, ofcom and Martin Lewis tags

  • kxdz_m cuff it ✨ (@kxdz_m) reported

@O2 My connectivity with O2 is dire. I’ll have 4G or even 5G and get 2mbps speed or even time out. I’ve done a SIM swap, reset my phone & the issue is still there. I was told by your call centre that manager calls can only happen w/ a scheduled call back. It’s been 72 hours 😐

  • Extinguisherman Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported

@Snaipes1889 @O2 If uour not happy then retweet complaint and add BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags, only way they going to listen and maybe fix the awful network

  • Extinguisherman Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported

@r_you_rosa @O2 If they still haven’t meet your needs, retweet your complaint with BBCWatchdog, WhichUk, ofcom and Martin Lewis tags. The network is horrendously bad.

  • BIGalan247 Alan Dyer (@BIGalan247) reported

@O2 your coverage is shocking! I have been in Scratby a few miles from Great Yarmouth and all the while I was there had no signal at all! Everyone else in my party who is with EE had 4G/5G. Something needs addressing there!

  • magsfoxyloxy Maggie (@magsfoxyloxy) reported

@O2 still paying for international roaming and still not even getting 3G, let alone 4g. Never ever travelled to Orlando before and had such bad connectivity. Tried selecting network, won’t let me. Tried turning phone off and on and still doesn’t connect. So frustrating

  • DanGreen1986 Daniel Green (@DanGreen1986) reported

@O2 @jayef99 Also having the same issue

  • eagleeyedferret Adrian Simcox (@eagleeyedferret) reported from Urmston, England

@O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

  • GJJ1A GJ (@GJJ1A) reported

@O2 Have still no managed to transfer my number after 6 days. No sensible responses from support team. Shambolic. #CustomerService
