Hi @O2. I've joined rejoined and when I ordered my sim I entered the puk code to transfer my number from three to o2. I have my o2 sim but the number did not transfer and its impossible to speak to anyone at o2 phone or chat. Can you help resolve or advise? Thanks

@O2 They stopped updating the delivery tracker at 8am today, save for one update at 7pm saying they weren’t delivering today. They are the absolute worst.

@O2 Awful customer service from you today. Multiple phone calls and online chats, passed from person to person, all of whom are working from home and can't let me pay my final bill. Been on hold to South African call centre for over 30 mins. Can't pay online as account closed!
