@O2 does the unlimited call minutes on the payg plan include 0300 numbers? The call was immediately ended and I had to use another phone with Vodafone network.

@O2 ordered a microsoft surface pro x and keyboard on Fri on the basis that it was next working day delivery if ordered before 12 as per sales pitch on your website. Its Mon and still no sign of it being dispatched. Not a good start for a new customer.

@kellyfhaycock @O2 I received a really nice hamper once, only because I replied to one of the text surveys with a negative response (after really poor customer service) & said I was happy to discuss further. Got a call from someone who did care.

The very worst service @O2 trying to recycle a phone and receive a promised extra £150, 4 hours on the phone and 12 emails later... 15 years loyal customer means very little.... Now trying to say no offer on.... Lovely
