    @O2 @pchavda Having to reply from a colleagues phone. Reported this morning at 9 o clock. Still service-less. Bet you’re still charging full rental though.

    So I received my replacement 'new' phone from @O2 through my insurance. Finding more and more faults with it. Battery life is shocking, front camera doesn't work and the finger print sensor doesn't work.

    @O2 (1/2) why is your service SO poor now? Wherever i go, the signal is at 2 bars (used to be 100%). My guess is trying to push people to 5G but we wont be forced onto it. Please improve service for existing customers, the current service is unreliable and unusable

    @O2 Day 14 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Second complaint to 02 in a month 🙃 promised a call back to resolve and we're still waiting 4 days later. How do I change to a different provider??!

    @spinningthedisc @EE @O2 True but it gives an indication and in my case does affect the quality of my surfing experience. Slow load up and stutters.

    @O2 can someone contact me about issues I’m having with open discount. I’ve messaged 3 times now and keep getting the same answer that doesn’t work! Call times are over half an hour. Can someone just read the issues properly and call me please?

    @andyscargill @O2 @TheCountessNHS 02 signal is **** in Handbridge too. Haven’t ever had 3G/4G across Chester and now there’s no phone signal either.

    @O2 Thanks. But as mentioned no matter the area I’m in when I have 3G I have no data connection. Can this be looked into further please. Your fault finding steps supplied do not refresh the issue
