    @O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

    @O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

    @wheat_daddy @agricontract @O2 Go anywhere in the world and the signals on mobiles is never an issue, come back to blighty and you may aswell throw your phone in the nearest skip bin. It's a massive scam where you're obliged to pay a fortune for a service that doesn't work..it's not just 02 it's all of them.

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2

    @O2 Yes and new SIM card network reset phone reset tickets open by o2 to raise issue for last 3 months then tickets being closed when issue not fixed
