    @O2 @virginmedia hey both, I’m a customer of both and have both accounts in my name and under the same address but haven’t received my VOLT benefits yet? The O2 app says that VM isn’t available at my address even though we clearly have it?

    @O2 I cancelled my contract and said I wanted to keep my phone as pay as you go which the guy said he would send another sim to do the exchange and I never got the sim and till date nothing I called now for a puk code only to be told I can’t get one cause my contract is cancelled

    @O2 The @TheO2 saga continues. The complaints team called me directly but won’t discuss my complaint. I’ve waited 4 weeks for that call. Who would find this level of service acceptable. Stay away from this company
