    @O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

    @O2 I've been going around in circles on your website trying to find out how to cancel a sim only contract I've been signed up to as part of a virgin bundle ... very frustrating. Trying to charge me £10 a month for a sim I'm not even going to use. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS?

    @madebydbm @O2 I’m just trying to get the £5.99 offer for existing customers. Said I’d buy it for my daughter who is having to self-isolate for Christmas. Going to call now for a 5th time and just cancel it and go direct.

    @O2 Via email and yes I had it already - but the email did not say that it was anything beyond have 3 months free on is for being an O2 customer……
