    @O2 Day 3 and still no service, great to pay all this money for a contract and you can’t use your phone unless your near a Wi-Fi hot spot, @O2 used to be a great provider but since the merger with virgin media it has gone downhill, not sorted soon I will be gone

    @O2 I’ve been trying to get through since Friday. I’ve been told my direct debit is cancelled. Every time I try the support chat it says it is too busy. If it’s always unavailable, it isn’t busy, it’s obviously the normal level of traffic and you don’t employ enough support

    Currently being called a liar by @O2 customer services... I have the paper trail to back up what I'm saying. This has been a shambles from start to finish.

    @O2 I have been an O2 customer for 3 months now and I still dont have a ******* account. I was told this would be fixed within 2 days 4 times now.. My account is stuck saying its not activated yet. The activation email has expired.

    @O2 Customer services is a shambles. Been waiting all week for manager call back as you have cut off my Tesco mobile number to port it (after being told you wouldn’t) then my daughters plusnet to port that (after being told you wouldn’t) and have now left us with no connections

    Requested to transfer my number to @O2 through a sim swap. @O2 transferred it to a different number not owned by me by mistake. I have not had access to my number and I am unable to authenticate my accounts for 3 days now. Massive security issues and terrible customer service #02
