    @BradyHaran @O2 One time I disabled Airplane mode while flying over Canada, I somehow managed to get some cell service and realized that when I received a text message saying my bill was reaching 80€

    @O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

    Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡

    I got tickets for today to ariana but I'm having a panic attack, I didn't realise how steep the nosebleeds section is. O2 staff said they couldn't help me. Is there anyone at all who can help? Even lower down in the nosebleeds is fine, any help would be ok 🙏 @O2 @TeamAriana

    @O2 over the last few months your reception has got worse and worse. In areas where used to have 4 bars it’s only 1 bar bad to seems to be not just one area. What’s going on?
