No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

My 5g shows as havijg 2-3 bars of service yet it keeps sayin checking network whenever im usin the internet
