No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

The phone shows signal, but data traffic is effectively zero. I’ve tested the other three UK networks in the same locations and they all work perfectly. What exactly is wrong with your service? As you can see it connected to you do no data traffic? Why?

I’ve reported and was allegedly getting a call back from you (never happened) and if I try to sign in to my o2 account, it always asks me for a pin and as if it’s the first time logging in every time.
