@O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

@O2 You’ve been nothing but lovely but the only people who can help are your fraud team and I really am beginning to doubt their existence. We are half way through February and I’m likely to face another £10000 bill at the end of the month of no one puts a bar on the phones.

@virginmedia I have, but as an existing cust I thought that being promised both a specific package, and repeated callbacks by both the normal customer service and the retention team might mean something. @richardbranson I’ve been an @O2 for over a decade, maybe learn from them how to do CS

@CynthiaLarbey @O2 You’re fortunate to have a landline to fall back on. I’ve not had one for over a decade. If you have good cellular service, you can turn your phone into a router. I’ve had to do this a number of times, especially when traveling.

@Ofcom @O2 I've been trying to do that but they refuse to contact me to discuss the complaint. 3 separate people have promised that a senior member will call (with deadlines) and they don't.
