No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

It doesn’t link multiple accounts to outstanding balance (still) and Apple Pay doesn’t work.

Whitehead (@jwhitehead90) reported@O2 I have tried 7 times and getting nowhere. I get promised call backs and they never happen. I just repeat myself on the phone for 15 minutes then someone hangs up on me when they say they are getting a manager. I need someone to reach out to me to resolve
