@O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

@O2 Yup 😢 Moved sim to other devices and same issue. Put other sim into my device and it worked immediately. So it's not my device. Rang customer service, they say 'wait 24 hrs, then we'll see'. Sceptical tbh, never had to wait to get imessage working on other switches, why now?

@O2 I’ve been trying to get my PAC code the last week. 1st was told it’ll be email to me, but never received email. Call few times, either your call centre person was unable to give it over the phone or hung up on me. What’s going on??!!

@O2 I had an upgrade transaction for my Apple Watch fail at the end for some reason on Friday. I'd like to try again, but not while the Upgrade Fee is still a pending transaction on my account. It's still there now, how long do you take to release these?
