    @O2 @pchavda Having to reply from a colleagues phone. Reported this morning at 9 o clock. Still service-less. Bet you’re still charging full rental though.

    @O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

    @O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

    @BradyHaran @O2 One time I disabled Airplane mode while flying over Canada, I somehow managed to get some cell service and realized that when I received a text message saying my bill was reaching 80€

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.     @O2 what is going with your phone signal right now? It’s the worst it’s been for me in the 11 years I’ve been with you. Constant drop outs, ****** internet services won’t go above 2 bars. I’m paying over 100 pound a month for this garbage phone service. Somerset based no signal

    Hey @O2 could you make a SIM only deal that could be bundled onto my contract for my elderly parent? They never make calls unless it's an emergency but I always call them. A bundle on SIM for a token cost would be piece of mind and so helpful.

    My saga with @o2 just gets better and better. Raise a complaint and asked to be contacted by email, receive an acknowledgement of my preference… So what do they do, try calling me instead. Getting sick of it now.

    Beyond Disgusting and Disgraceful cus service. 3 days trying to sort out SIM NOT PROVISIONED.Just spent £17 on Landline and guess what? We'll call you within 3 days. If you're thinking of coming over to o2. Just DON'T @O2

    @mattstingray @O2 I was with O2 when they were BT Cellnet they got worse and worse moved to @lebara I now pay a quarter of what I was for an excellent service, I only had one issue since moving called them and it was sorted in an 8 minute call including waiting time.
