    @virginmedia To say what sorry I have broadband tv and phone with yourselves mobile with @O2 can’t wait to see what offers you both have surely they have to be better with what’s offered at the moment ie supplying a broadband service @virginmedia

    @virginmedia @O2 all I want is someone to talk to Im done with virtual Chat for last 90 mins I just simply need to speak to someone re the volt promo as you both seem to have different address for me yet I’ve never moved in 30 years I am going around in circles this is crazy

    @O2 Yes they are but for some reason your agent said there was a problem but couldn’t help me I have been with you both for many years I am the only account holder for both and at the same address which is my only address and has been for over 30 years
