Been an @O2 customer for about 10 years now. But absolutely baffled by their choice to increase rates alongside inflation, as well as RPI increases yearly. Absolute joke, plenty of cheaper better options for phones nowadays. Time to look elsewhere. Cheers @GarethTurpin 👋

@O2 New customer here. I received my new phone & SIM today which I've just set up. I did give you a PAC code at the time of order so I can keep my old number from EE. Do I need to do anything to start the number transfer process or will my activating your new SIM start it?

@AJeftech @O2 That’s exactly the issue I have. In my house their signal checker says I can get 4G speeds… I can’t even get signal in my bedroom.

@O2 are you really putting the cost of my calls/ texts/ data by 17.1% from April? It’s completely unjustifiable, you cannot hang this on rising costs to this extent
