@O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

@O2 just got a pay monthly sim. Your online form to port number did not work so called customer service which was not easy to get through. Now, trying to add Disney plus extra and unable to do it online. It has been frustrating experience so far ....

@GStebson @AlisonYoga2 @O2 They're not the only networks. Phone Coop usually do well with ethical advertising. In the hypothetical situation that *every* company advertised on GB News (which they'd be insane to) you'd pick the one who used them least or were first to pull support.
