    Surprise, surprise @O2 are calling me a liar now! I have never called an overseas number and only ever possessed a phone because of seizures. I want this contract to end as soon as possible and I hope you will all learn from my mistake of having a contract with them.

    @O2 @virginmedia Was told I needed a new sim which would arrive in a few days, 12 hours later, yesterday, find myself totally disconnected from the network. 🙁

    It’s absolutely disgusting that my network has been failing for months with @O2 and despite numerous methods of contact and complaints they are still fobbing me off with crap excuses and NOT dealing with my complaint. I have 100s of screen shots of YOUR network failing!! 😡

    @O2 your 4G network in Cornwall has pretty much stopped working in the last 12 months. Works in the early hours but as soon as enough people wake up and connect the data just stops. Your support say that nothing is wrong, like many people I know I’m leaving after 15 years.
