@O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

@BradyHaran @O2 One time I disabled Airplane mode while flying over Canada, I somehow managed to get some cell service and realized that when I received a text message saying my bill was reaching 80€

@O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

@Gotham68 @O2 20+ years, 5 ongoing accs and they couldn’t, or wouldn’t, even lower my data on another account after I was mis-sold it. Waiting for my 5 accs to end contract so I can switch them to @SkyUK mobile too, counting down the days!
