    @O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

    @BradyHaran @O2 One time I disabled Airplane mode while flying over Canada, I somehow managed to get some cell service and realized that when I received a text message saying my bill was reaching 80€

    @O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

    @larrybudd1 @O2 I used to have this conversation with them all the time. Them "we've had no reports of an issue" Me "I'm reporting it" Them "There's a mast down" Me "it's been down all 87 times I've reported an issue. When are you going to sort the mast?" "..."

    @O2 can somebody reply to me in regards to you cutting my SIM card off to early before my new one has arrived, I now cannot make calls to customer service and can use Wi-Fi only. Annoying

    @O2 Thanks o2 but I ordered directly from the nothing website on launch day. Seems like you can meet the requirements for delivery for your customer base it's just nothing that can't.

    Question to experts. My @SkyHelpTeam / @O2 4G signal has been s**t past few days. Does the heat affect 4G? Ive even seen Edge appearing again! Constant switching between 3G/4G and Edge!! Wasnt an issue last week!
