@O2 I had a call from Rachel - a fabulous @O2 rep last night to troubleshoot the situation and taking some accountability for what is going on. I’m sticking with @O2 while this gets sorted because of her actions. Great employee who gets customer service and care. 👍

@O2 truly awful service I have been trying to get my number ported over since wed. I need this for accessing my banking and for my job. Anytime I message you, I don’t hear back and just get the same answer.. wait 24 hours on the phone.

@O2 @JMitchell1284 I rang customer services this morning and was told to wait for the back office to complete their investigation, no timescales provided. I then asked to submit a complaint, customer service hung up on me.

No one could make chaos more chaotic than @O2 - who seem to have literally no concept whatsoever of customer service online, in the store or on the ‘phone. Wasting hours for the simplest addition of a line. Only wish @Verizon was in the UK to provide some real competition.
