    @O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

    @O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

    @O2 please can you sort out the signal on the @MiddlebrookRLP Retail part. It’s always been bad. You’re the only network that has a shop on there now and it’s ironic you can’t use your O2 phone when shopping on there. So frustrating 🙄 Even Peter Kay joked about it in his show!

    @O2 your phone upgrade system is as useless as almost everything else on your network. You have charged me and then your system has crashed. Worse than useless

    @O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!

    I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    @O2 my daughter, stranded abroad with no phone after a theft, has received terrible service from you. Unless you can actually support her we will be cancelling our DD and making a complaint to @Ofcom. Good customer service is not rocket science!
