@BradyHaran @O2 One time I disabled Airplane mode while flying over Canada, I somehow managed to get some cell service and realized that when I received a text message saying my bill was reaching 80€

@O2 of weeks ago and the same was true. When in the UK O2 are absolutely moving me to poor speeds when I need to make use of myunlimited data. My phone works well, when my network is not throttling my connection. How can I raise a complaint please?

@O2 I’ve had problems receiving and sending texts over the last few days. Apparently there is a problem with a mast. Do you compensate customers for this as I am paying £32 a month for the tariff.

@WhatsApp How do you change your number but only allow certain people to be allowed to have it? I pretty much want to prevent some people from knowing that I have changed my number more or less. @o2 can you help on this otherwise?
