Why are @O2 customer service staff so aggressive on the phone to customers these days?? Two conversations in two days regarding cancelling my contract and all I got was attitude and sarcasm!! I'm seriously considering canx my new contract with O2 via Mobiles Direct. So rude!

@O2 which courier do you use? The expected delivery date was today I have the tracking number but it doesn’t work with dpd, yodel or evri so a little confused. I can’t login to myo2 as the code is being sent to the new number with the phone that I haven’t received yet
