    @O2 I spoke with Virgin about extending my contract and they offered me a contract with you as part of the deal when I got through they renegaded on the offer and so I do want the contract so I want to cancel all. I don’t have O2 so can’t talk through help channel hence why I called

    @O2 It's most places to be honest. Seems to fluctuate even though it states 4g. The guide will show me amazing signal it's just not happening in real life.

    @O2 Hello, I'm trying to see what Volt benefits I can get for being both an O2 and Virgin Media customer, but I can't seem to find an option on your website to say I'm already a VM customer. The Volt page only gives me the option to join Virgin Media.
