@O2 I’m paying good money for my phone and services of unlimited data on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The issue is I can’t connect to my data. 4g is non existent and 3G doesn’t connect. Been going on for weeks now.

@O2 ordered IPAD 1st August not delivered. Still not Told 3 times enquiry would be raised with DHL before account could be cancelled. Just told today I had to wait another 24 hours Meanwhile you're charging air time etc and threatening extra charges? Customer service? Where?

@O2 I've been advised to turn phone on and off which I have then spent 30mins trying to troubleshoot it by checking sim resetting network whilst on phone didn't work so was told to just keep trying for 24 hours and assured it would work but still has message no service

@O2 was told by @virginmedia that I had no phone coverage due to a problem with one of your masts just checked the network checker and looks like it's fixed and still no coverage? I have 2 virgin media contracts so it makes no sense that one is working and the other one isn't??
