@DPDgroup_news for over a week now you have held an iPhone 14 from @O2 and refuse to deliver it to me due to an error by o2 in the address. Neither of your companies customer service will take ownership. o2 simply tell lies. DPD put the phone down. WILL EITHER OF YOU SORT THIS?!

@O2 Nar this is a joke… you’ve put me on your new 360 programme but failed to deliver my sim. I go to get a sim swap in store but can’t because your systems aren’t up to date. I spend hours (literally hrs) on the phone but just rings through! As a new customer this is TERRIBLE!
