@O2 Having wifi is ok. But when I'm out and about I can't use my phone. Very handy if there's an emergency. But it's ok I'll look for a network that can provide signal 24/7.

2/2 @O2 #o2fail - after @O2 admitted fault, being over charged and being told to claim the money back from my wife’s bank… we were then told when we wanted the PAC number, that the account would need to be reinstated and that they would then charge termination fees. WTF?

@O2 You’re missing the point, I think: it’s 2021, and we all pay a huge amount of money to your company and yet in rural areas like mine signal is terrible. Nowadays this is a basic necessity and your company needs to ensure coverage. Simple.

@O2 so it's been almost 3 months and still no fix for the H+ signal issue in Burton on Trent.... Getting ridiculous now

@O2 I have WiFi. I can’t believe in the U.K. in 2021 that I rarely have a workable phone signal. We all pay huge amounts of money to your company. Surely universal coverage is not to much to ask?

@O2 Twice Ive rang to complain as phone has been dropping calls for 2 months in my area. Everyone affected. After holding for ages both times the signal dropped whilst explaining. Were they clever enough to call me back? Of course not. Awful customer service
