    @BradyHaran @O2 One time I disabled Airplane mode while flying over Canada, I somehow managed to get some cell service and realized that when I received a text message saying my bill was reaching 80€

    @O2 hi, I have 12 months Disney+ included in my contract (December 21 expiry) however they just emailed me saying it's running out in June. My O2 account says December, Disney account says June. Please help? Thanks

    @unfortunatalie @O2 Ooo ok, well on some Dell Latitudes, if they have one it'll be a slot in the battery compartment but you have to take the battery out to see it. Of course this is all moot as it really should be @o2 sorting their **** out

    @O2 Help?! My partner has just changed provider due to terrible service, now you're chasing payment but; - No one will speak to her - Chat are being rude, won't help - Call centre keep cutting her off What more can she do? Next you'll send debt letters when she's trying to sort!

    @O2 Our network is very busy in this area right now, sorry. If you find your internet is slower every now and then, this could be the reason. Rest assured, we're working to make it better for you. What does that even mean? Is it a fault or what? £60 a month for this

    So Virgin Mobile is an MVNO using the @EE network... however @virginmedia and @O2 are merging; soooo does that mean current Virgin Mobile customers (like myself) will be moved over to the O2 mobile network? #VirginmediaO2

    Per @ft @VodafoneGroup to lift spending on network growth. I guess that translates as "we still can't be arsed with the pockets of no #coverage we have on our maps but will favour the spots already well covered", just like @O2. #Blackspots
