    @O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

    @BradyHaran @O2 One time I disabled Airplane mode while flying over Canada, I somehow managed to get some cell service and realized that when I received a text message saying my bill was reaching 80€

    @O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

    @paultownsend81 @O2 I have the same thing, I went into an o2 shop and they confirmed all the masts are at capacity from London down to the south coast. They actually suggested i get an EE sim
