  @O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

  @O2 why is there a disconnect between physical retail and online service? Told in person as upgrade was done online that store CANNOT help and to call customer services. Terrible service for a 6 month old phone. 👎👎👎🤬#terriblecustomerservice

  @virginmedia Well, if @O2 doesn’t do that then I hope you do offer some solution. Getting money from people without offering the contracted service is considered a theft.

  @O2 Phone signal is non existent today. You've admitted that there is a problem in the Wrexham area so how long before this is fixed? I'm out of contract with you this month so try being honest so that I can weigh up my options.

  Can anyone that works for @O2 explain when I have bill issues that you have not sorted, when you cut me off how am I meant to ring you if the only number I can dial is the payment line? 20 years an O2 customer means nothing!!
