@O2 I took out a new contract on Friday and was told the phone and accessories will be delivered on Saturday. when I hadn’t received an update on the delivery I called 202 and they said the service hadn’t been updated but it’s on its way. my phone never arrived.

@GlennSmithF1 @O2 Yep, they keep lines open, even the ones that are mis-sold, preventing the customer from getting pay monthly. The customer is punished twice, once with the mis-selling and a second time by restricted access and credit checks

@O2 I am absolutely disgusted to inform the level of customer experience offered which makes me feel grateful of moving my network provider elsewhere. I was disappointed to have been rejected for credit applications stating my credit score to be very poor for the same.

@O2 And yes, I was assured by 2 members of your customer service team it was all done on Thursday morning. I’ve never had this issue before, it’s been a total pain not being able to use my phone (despite still paying for it 🙃) it’s just not good enough!
