@O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

@BradyHaran @O2 One time I disabled Airplane mode while flying over Canada, I somehow managed to get some cell service and realized that when I received a text message saying my bill was reaching 80€

@O2 Hi, mine and my daughter's signal has suddenly, over the past day, lost service. We can't get any signal in our house, which we've had no problem with previously, meaning our phones are constantly emergency service only. Are you able to look into it?

@allza1903 @O2 Did it about 5 times and kept getting error messages back…. Finally managed to get hold of someone helpful @ o2… who knows what the problem was but at least I will have a working phone on Tuesday 👍🏻
