    @BradyHaran @O2 One time I disabled Airplane mode while flying over Canada, I somehow managed to get some cell service and realized that when I received a text message saying my bill was reaching 80€

    @O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @o2businessuk @O2 are there intermittent issues with your data services today? I changed tariffs yesterday, taking a new contract and now today my data signal has been pretty much non existent for most of the day! Coincidence or not?

    i can honestly say that @O2 is by far the worst company i think i’ve ever had a contract with, constant issues with them, had multiple hacks after talking to the OFFICIAL phone number, price hikes galore and now i can’t even access my bill to cancel and go sim only. Shocking👍🏼

    @O2 I got the services back eventually with such an odd 1999 way of doing things for a company funnily enough that same day the "money was found" it's already a complaint now anyways

    I recommend avoiding @O2 as a mobile provider. Cut my services off yet they've gotten payment on 4th. Am told my services won't be restored UNTIL the 13th because they can't "find" the payment. Bank has given them the details they need. Can't even call the doctor, complaint it is

    @O2 got an email saying bars have been put on my account … I never asked for this and my bills are paid … phone won’t let me call customer services to complain . I got work to do I need help
