No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

Nothings changed in 4 months except where before I could use the app, now it's not working too I have now 6 lines that I cannot pay unless I sit on the phone to your call centre for hours Shambolic to what you used to be
