@O2 i went to caffè nero JUST to get a free drink that was listed as eligible and the voucher in O2 priority didn’t work so i was then FORCED to pay for a drink i never would have ordered. please resolve!

@O2 The site is ok now and I can access my account. The issues with the website was about a week or 2 ago but today I had to create a new password for no reason. I hadn't forgotten my password. Was your system hacked?

@O2 I'm roaming in Germany but only getting a 2G signal everywhere I go. Have tried restarting device and selecting different networks/signal speeds but no luck. Any ideas?

@O2 @TheO2 i’ve received disgusting from o2 over the past couple of months regarding a bereavement issue. I’ve made multiple complaints and was told on Wednesday that I would get a call back from a manager within 48 hours. No surprise that I still haven’t had one 3 days later 1/2

@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!
