  @O2 I said we are far from this being resolved. I want this raised a level 1 complaint. She said someone will call you in 24/48 hours (this was Friday 1st) we are now on Thursday the 7th and I still haven't had a manager call me regarding this complaint. Absolutely disgusting..

  @bmay @O2 Customer service is a thing of the past in the UK. It cost money and they have realised that people don't vote with their feet. We are normalised to appalling service.

  @O2 worst experience ever!!! Cancelling my all my contracts!! You messed up setting my Apple Watch on your network and now you’ve taken my phone number off your network leaving me without a working phone!!!!
