No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

Adam 'Toast' Taylor (@burnt__toast_) reported@O2 I haven’t changed the sim, I was told that wouldn’t need to and one wasn’t going to be sent out. I’ve had intermittent signal for calls and no 4G or 5G at all since then!
