    @O2 hi guys. My phone stopped working in Europe (since I added an Aussie E-sim). No one in your O2 UK shops can help. I even deleted the E-sim. But still: no roaming. O2 said I should wait until I’m in Europe for work again and call you (I can’t; that’s the point!). Help me, pls?

    @O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

    @O2 Always seems to be an issue accessing my account, using either of your apps..... you really just need to simplify this!!! I remember when customer perception was a huge focus at O2, but they don't seem to care any more!!!

    For the amount I pay @O2 each month the service I receive recently is absolutely rubbish I've lost count how many times I have had no service come up since Friday 24th April 🙄

    @O2 Hi, the reason why I ask is because I’m a sky customer & I’ve been having issues with no data signal in the Leeds LS29 area since last March & sky are doing sweet FA about it. As they use your infrastructure the issue is with sky. I’ve taken them to CISAS. Can you provide proof?

    Fair play to @O2 Made the move from giving them £48 a month to £20 on a sim only Signal and internet is now totally dogshite. For record I’ve been in multiple cities before you ask me to check. Bandits

    @O2 appalled by your customer service. You left my daughter phone-less whilst travelling, all because your ineffective record-keeping could not provide her with the info that she needed for her insurance. You cost her a lot of money, & we never got to the bottom of the issue!!

    @Worly82 @O2 I was on o2 for 10 years when they changed all the masts because of the chinese spying, they went crap exactly what your having. O2 shop told me vodaphone own the masts this side of the Pennines and everyone piggy backs of them and o2 own them on the other side.

    @O2 I have DM'd about it, called about it and emailed about it. Nothings changed in 4 months except where before I could use the app, now it's not working too I have now 6 lines that I cannot pay unless I sit on the phone to your call centre for hours Shambolic to what you used to be
