@O2 I have questions to ask over the phone and your o2 customer service line keeps directing me to the website and then ending the call. Your customer service is awful. And the callback request online doesn’t work. It’s really really frustrating.

Called @O2 3 times already still not rectified my situation. Paid the outstanding balance on my phone but still being charged monthly. It seems to be a BIG problem sorting it out. Unbelievable 👎🏻

@O2 I'm trapped in a Kafka-esque nightmare. I'm trying to update my address on O2 website so I can buy a new phone because my old phone is broken. It sends a code by text message. I can't access this text as my phone is broken! Customer Services can't help. Please can you help?
