So @O2 sell me SIM only deal with 12 month subscription to Amazon Prime Video. Discovered today the link they sent me was for paid subscription, not free one?! So that's why Amazon have been taking credit out of my account. And now problems setting up another subscription 😠

@O2 Hi. Re yr 7.8% increase. Whilst this may be within the terms, I have been a customer for more than 20 years. If you can’t recognise my loyalty then please be assured I will not renew my contract later this year.

@virginmedia @O2 Hey virgin, I have virgin media and o2 mobile, I can't get volt benefits yet due to virgin being in my nephews name (I had bad credit) any update on when this will become available? I am the bill payer for virgin.
