@O2 You guys know this is a lie right? @virginmedia has free EU roaming with no data cap at all. Isn't this false advertising when you state "only major network"? Especially considering that you have a cap as well and they don't?

@rhianna_joseph @O2 Began when my Dad was dying in hospital with only days left & a problem came up with his phone taking/making calls which my mum was using for relatives/friends overseas to reach them-O2 insisted he come to the store to resolve it! After he died, they still were unhelpful.
