@O2 my son’s phone was lost, possibly stolen Thursday afternoon last week. I tried calling you to cancel it and get a replacement, but his number is still working and no phone was sent out. Your company claimed to have no record of the long call I made to purchase a new phone.

Hello, @O2, how is it that when my phone falls back to 3G the data connection is SO slow, even with three or four bars reception? Not merely ‘not 4G’ slow, but glacially ‘web pages barely load’ slow. Do your masts just give all their backend bandwidth to 4G connections now?
