    @O2 appalling , I have never experienced such a ridiculous situation - 4 months, 5 visits to O2 shops, multiple calls to O2, E-mails, appalling brick walls .. just to trying to pay and get additional SIM card !!! Can you define customer service for me !! ????

    @O2 Sorry to award you a 0.5/10 for customer experience. I’ve spent nearly an hour a) on hold b) repeating myself when each agent puts me on hold and I can’t reconnect w the previous agent c) having no way to access MyO2 to see my bill in full detail d) going round in circles 👎🏽

    @O2 Great Customer service from your O2 Representative James who helped assist my Sister with a new purchase today. He was very patient and considerate. He was very thorough and supportive with my sister who came out of Hospital after a year and was looking to upgrade.

    @O2 Had my account hacked, after nearly 3 months still can't sign in to my o2 account. Promised to be phone back to resolve this problem. Nobody ever responds. O2 just don't seem to care about there customers.
