@O2 Thanks. Problem started in London but same in Dublin. Everything works fine on Wi-Fi.

@O2 30 hours after providing you with a PAC code O2 have done nothing. I’ve cancelled the PAC code with my current provider (plainly obvious O2 can’t provide even that simple and basic service) and would like to know who to contact to cancel the contract I took out please?

@davepakey71 @O2 Only just happened man tbf. A few days ago, it was just 4G where I live so might come in the next few weeks. I did get a text that work was getting done on the lines though. I only just upgraded my phone to get 5G anyway, before I never had a phone eligible for it.

Hi @O2 my son has just updated his iPhone to ios16 and now can't connect to your network. His mobile data says he needs an update but the software is showing as being g up to date. Is there a fix for this?
