@O2 I've contacted you're customer services seeking a refund taken in December but I'm still waiting for it. @frustrated

  • join4te Jay (@join4te) reported

@O2 Day 108 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

  • IVP_SUCKS OSRS bhaskar (@IVP_SUCKS) reported

@O2 can you tell me why my bill is going up in April this year when by then I've only been with you for 6 months and on a fixed tariff of £12 a month for 18 months,if you do then you will lose me as a customer because you have lied to me which a company like yours should not do

  • jaynelou33 Jayne Nicholas (@jaynelou33) reported

@O2 all 3 mobiles we have can sent texts but can't make or receive calls? Network checker not saying any issues?
