@O2 I’ve been trying to call for the last 3 days! 20 plus minutes hold times…. I finally spoke to someone and they put the phone down! I’m trying to return a phone… it’ll be outside 14 days and it’s not my fault! Offer a decent web return or sort out the call handling times!

Check the time stamps…. I’ve had appalling service with Virgin for years now and have just found out they’ve also merged with @O2 who I’ve had exceptional service with. I’ll be leaving them too if this is how they end up.
