    @Natalie91817695 @O2 The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @joram_wawa for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

    When @O2 leave you stranded with no internet connection after a week of complaining to them that there’s something wrong with your network. I’m cancelling my direct debit and not paying my bill until they fix it. I’m not the only 1 and it’s dangerous. #o2 #myo2

    @NeilCammies @O2 @virginmedia Virgin product has been great for us for over 20 yrs. Their initial setup and customer service has always been the absolute worst. I stick with it despite the annual frustration

    @O2 So frustrating Thirsty Thursdays offer of two free drinks when you turn up and present offer to bar staff guess what OUT OF STOCK. O2 stop the embarrassment if your going to offer this every O2 customer should be allowed the two free drinks not just the lucky minority.

    @O2 Day 11 of a new phone/contract with @O2 - the phone STILL doesn't work- not able to receive calls or texts... ...you know...the basics!!!!! No emails, as promised, from your 'escalating' team. Burnley @O2 - here I come, tomorrow Tyler!!!! Again .....

    Having a nightmare with @O2 customer service today. Trying to cancel an extra sim that I don’t want within 14 day cancellation period. Got through 3 times and they hung up on me 3 times. I would try another provider if I were you.

    Hi @O2 I was just charged ridiculous roaming charges before I even got the text message explaining costs. Can you help here? £50 for 50MB within Europe seems excessive.
