@O2 no service for almost a week! Mast problems, why is it taking so long to fix, is it being fixed. My contract expires 8 Feb, not a good time for you to leave me in the lurch!

@O2 Could you please put some more people on support, the response times are ridiculous, I didn’t pass security on the phone was told the only way to resolve this was go to a shop. Did this, they then put me back on a phone, 80 minutes without response, left as parking ran out.

Don't buy from @O2 or @virginmedia they missold their volt service, never sent the sim card, have fraudulently taken money from my bank account & now send me letters threatening me with a collection agency. I've been in store & on the phone for weeks, lied to & not helped. 🧵

@O2 @pizzahutuk Really disappointed with 02! Was expecting 5G, only to discover it’s not available in my area. Kind of feel duped and the service is quite poor! I’m beginning to think 3 were far better!!
