@virginmedia I want to make a complaint. I have been mis-sold an @O2 SIM card contract with my virgin media package. I didn’t know this was a contract and I don’t want it. Please reply and arrange to have this cancelled and removed.

9 months with 1 bar of signal @O2 Every time I call I’m told there is no time scale for the issue to be resolved. Still being required to stay in the contract unless I pay it off. Cost of living crisis people haven’t got that money. Contract not fit for purpose. Not good enough

@O2 I have a text saying I owe money and that I will get a charge if I don’t pay it but the myO2 app says I don’t owe anything. I’ve tried your virtual assistant but it refuses to put me through to someone. I have hearing issues and find it hard to use phone. Can you look into it
