@O2 bought a new contract yesterday and requested PAC code from EE. I was able to use the O2 SIM yesterday but it's not connecting to the network today. Old number is still working with EE SIM. Is this normal?

Anybody else in the uk having massive problems with Mobile data and calls using @O2 networks? Including @SkyUK Mobile. Have to make a call before it connects to data fully (and only for seconds) And calls to family are marred by interference sounds and cut off a lot @SkyHelpTeam

@O2 hi I have new Samsung watch 4, 4G and cannot make calls if phone is off + calls go to VM instead of the watch. Surely this can't be because the only plan you have is data only and has no minutes and txt? Was told you will cancel the plan as there is nothing else you can do?

  • Stu2780 Stuart McQueen (@Stu2780) reported

  • AlexJMorris2 Al Morris (@AlexJMorris2) reported

@O2 I’ve tried everything on the website, basically no matter what the issue is o2 always conclude that it’s my phone at fault and not the network even though I’m using a 12 Pro Max
