    So on Friday, the second-ordered SIM arrives and my phone is still not working. I call @O2 and they say there appears to be a problem with the first SIM but try the second SIM and wait 24 hours and it should work as they’ve fixed the issues on this one. I hold my breath.

    So wearily on Sunday I call @O2 customer services. I have to explain the whole situation again. The very polite fellow on the phone tells me that a note hasn’t even been made on my account that my phone was stolen. Asks for crime ref no. A bead of sweat falls from my brow.

    @O2 @virginmedia I have long term contracts with both, how can I access the ‘volt’ benefits please? Both customer services teams just offer to sell me more stuff lol. Any help to set this up would be appreciated thanks.
