So when you "move house" as a @OriginBroadband customer they treat you as a new customer, give you a new customer reference, leave the old account intact and put you on a new contract. WTF can't they just tie the new supply address to the existing account and contract?

@MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet I'm with @OriginBroadband - very few issues and good service when setting up (real humans!). Strong signal on all floors (including attic room) and in courtyard garden. No need for separate phone line which appealed to me.

@OriginBroadband, had an email to tell me they are cancelling my service fixed IP address, I've one 1! I'd have thought that most people who order this do it for a reason! Time to move. Apparently dynamic provides all the benefits of a static without the cost - bullsh1t

@OriginBroadband -msg'd you re a txt about payment but no response. Can you advise - i've always paid by DD and nothing changed my end - plenty £££'s in the bank! Any support appreciated. Can you fix the security alert when clicking 'My Account' link on email or your website!
