@OriginBroadband It’s a joke and you never told me when we discussed this at first? Instead it’s in small text in a contract that nobody reads. I do hope your service picks up for me personally because my first 12 months have been horrendous. 😔

@guillezc @OriginBroadband I had same problem months emailing them and calling them for manager never to call only got complaints Manger to call once I asked to leave woman said I dident have to be held to the 400 disconnect fee I screen shot Ed every speed test and sent them it.

@charlaayoo @OriginBroadband Do some searching about "Double NAT" and don't let them charge you for a fixed IP to remedy the issue. The reason you have a problem is because of the way they manage their network. You shouldn't have to pay extra to fix that.

@TalkTalk How can I find how much you will charge me to cancel my service? @OriginBroadband seems a better option at this point
