Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband this is so true, you would go back to the customer with "Sorry, the cheque must have got lost in the post" excuse and they knew it was an outright lie, you might as well have just said "I promise I won't come in your mouth or get any in your hair"

katnipps (@katnipps_) reportedJust spoke to my provider @OriginBroadband - conversation went like this. “My connection is **** and unstable”. Origin, “so… would you be willing to pay us more?” wtf kinda service is this where they have THE AUDACITY to ask you invest *more* into a product that sucks ***?

Mike Wilson 🐟 (@CraftyOldGit) reported@editfmah @OriginBroadband Not seeing loads of errors. Download speed currently 4.88Mbps, upload 8.85Mbps which is weird.

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@JerryonTwidder @OriginBroadband Switch service providers, or you contact @OriginBroadband, the operative who takes your call sends a request to the NOC team, they send it back refused because the operative didn't fill a simple detail in, they submit it again, it gets refused again, repeat ad infinitum.

Ann McGonigle (@Auldhame43) reported@OriginBroadband one of the worst customer services I have had, spoken to 3 different people over the past month and every time I get a different response and think the issue is resolved but no, it just gets worse!!!
-
Adrian Herridge (@editfmah) reported@CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband I have always swapped out my normal faceplate & filter with an NTE5 faceplate and I generally get a far cleaner line. Here I went from 49 -> 58 MBs. I never normally get that good a result, but something about my setup/line must have benefited.

Dani (@DaniSwaffield) reportedIf you ever think about signing up to @OriginBroadband don't. They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. Now cut their services off. Awful 🤬

Richard Hesketh ☯️⚛☮️ #CancelRoyalty (@RichardHesketh1) reported@KiltedTxn I thought I had. @OriginBroadband I'll try again. Why does my Wireless Calling keep dropping out? It's never stable.

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@DrPennyC @OriginBroadband You can stop your contract at any time, but they will charge you an early termination fee (as would 99% of other providers), unfortunately you are legally obliged to pay for the service for whatever time still remains on your contract.

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@PerBetts @OriginBroadband After paying be sure to cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment that Origin have set up (they usually set the RCP up without asking permission (naughty)). This will prevent them from taking money from your account when they have one of their frequent computer glitches.
