Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England@OriginBroadband I live on the River Sheaf. My street was on severe flood alert for two nights. I’ve had no internet for a week due to Origin so neighbours were having to come and update me on weather warnings, as I receive no signal in my house (Tim your technical guy will vouch for this)

Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England@OriginBroadband Hi Leanne, I’ve spent about four hours over the last three days trying to call, no one answers the phone. When I finally got someone he told me the fault was in my adsl box so I bought a new one, only to find the fault isn’t there. Meanwhile, you’re saying you’re happy to help.

Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England@OriginBroadband I have had all these issues in period of two years, and everytime I’ve tried to solve them I am put on hold for hours and hours, with no action taken, no apologies, nothing. But, like any bad relationship, there comes a day when fake politeness and incompetence becomes enough

Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England@OriginBroadband Prior to that incident I moved house and foolishly took you with me, and you took the internet from the house I was moving from a month before I moved, so at that point I had no internet for a month

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@PerBetts @OriginBroadband After paying be sure to cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment that Origin have set up (they usually set the RCP up without asking permission (naughty)). This will prevent them from taking money from your account when they have one of their frequent computer glitches.
-
Derek Weeks (@DerekWe51929279) reported@OriginBroadband I will continue to exercise my right to comment on the abysmal way you treat customers who have issues with your company.

Fibro Jedi (@FibroJedi) reported@SSE @OriginBroadband Hey, I know your broadband customers were "transitioned" to utility warehouse, but I'm trying to find our broadband credentials. Where are we supposed to go now to manage that service? I can't seem to login to Origin and anxiety makes me nervous to call you
-
David Jennings (@ChilliDoor) reported@OriginBroadband Your direct debit system is faulty, your live chat is broken, no one answers calls and you've removed the option to pay outstanding invoices via your website. How am I meant to fix an issue when I can't get through to anyone?

mark (@mark64364468) reported@OriginBroadband @OriginBroadband My internet has been down since 6pm last night 19-10-2021. There is no way to contact you only in working hours of 9-6:30pm. HELP
