@OriginBroadband Hi Leanne, I’ve spent about four hours over the last three days trying to call, no one answers the phone. When I finally got someone he told me the fault was in my adsl box so I bought a new one, only to find the fault isn’t there. Meanwhile, you’re saying you’re happy to help.

Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

@OriginBroadband These guys are the worst I've dealt with for Internet had several problems over the years, but recently 11 days without Internet, while they simply just lie or blame bt.... they're in breach of our contract as I don't have any Internet and we're disabled need it

Just a heads up on a possible problem. Black fox and Odin may not be able to stream this weekend due to tech issues with their I.S.P. they maybe back tomorrow or by Monday, depends on when @OriginBroadband get them back online. As they do seem to love cutting ppl off @ random

@NBN_Australia @OriginBroadband NBN is supposedly down, an unplanned outage in Traralgon, VIC 3844. However my neighbours seem to have internet just fine??? Any status updates on what's being done to fix the problem???
