  @JerryonTwidder @OriginBroadband Switch service providers, or you contact @OriginBroadband, the operative who takes your call sends a request to the NOC team, they send it back refused because the operative didn't fill a simple detail in, they submit it again, it gets refused again, repeat ad infinitum.

  Re: Origin Broadband. They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service ! @OriginBroadband

  Just a heads up on a possible problem. Black fox and Odin may not be able to stream this weekend due to tech issues with their I.S.P. they maybe back tomorrow or by Monday, depends on when @OriginBroadband get them back online. As they do seem to love cutting ppl off @ random

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲
