  @PerBetts @OriginBroadband After paying be sure to cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment that Origin have set up (they usually set the RCP up without asking permission (naughty)). This will prevent them from taking money from your account when they have one of their frequent computer glitches.

  @OriginBroadband Your direct debit system is faulty, your live chat is broken, no one answers calls and you've removed the option to pay outstanding invoices via your website. How am I meant to fix an issue when I can't get through to anyone?

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  This is how good @OriginBroadband are at customer service: several times (including over the phone) I have asked them to stop sending me bills for £0.00. This company not only has a useless IT system that sends out such stupid emails but poorly trained staff who take no notice.

  @OriginBroadband @rotherhamtiser I don't think so. But the bad breeding should definitely be banned. These people be selling sick puppies with genetic problems to people for 15K. I heard a case where 14 pitbulls, all from the same litter attacked people. It was in their genes
