@OriginBroadband Disappointing broadband performance for a while now (months). Chat/Called a couple of times to try and fix the problems. I’ve currently been sat on chat with Tech Support since 09:01 with no resolve and limited responses. I’ve had one response in 45 minutes.

Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

@OriginBroadband Just to let you and everyone know. I have tried phone, email etc on numerous occasions to cancel my mothers broadband and phone. With no success. I have now cancelled the direct debit in the vain hope you will contact me. Number 28 in the queue.
