Elliot Brown (@elliotjbrown) reported from Hillingdon, England@OriginBroadband Disappointing broadband performance for a while now (months). Chat/Called a couple of times to try and fix the problems. I’ve currently been sat on chat with Tech Support since 09:01 with no resolve and limited responses. I’ve had one response in 45 minutes.

They are currently trying to provision a new line/service which you are not contractually bound by. Your contract is with the original service that was cancelled, or cut off due to non payment

UK?.
