.@OriginBroadband are staffed with quite possibly the worst people I’ve ever come across. Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

@Kazza_Cookie @MartinSLewis @OriginBroadband I think they’ve given up with me. I’ve put a complaint in through resolver, hoping I get somewhere with them. I just wish they would let me cancel it. Awful service

@MartinSLewis I’m with @OriginBroadband pay £28 a month, the speeds are awful and extremely unreliable, customer service is non existent. Been in touch with them so many times in the 3 months I’ve had it and no further forward. Word of warning to others!

@OriginBroadband When my mother eventually got through to origin broadband support, their first idea was to perform a router hard reset, problem is my mum had upgraded from shitty single band router which then deletes the net login settings, removing her access to her internet

@TrickerTheDon @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband before they almost went bust in 2018 they were running a call centre with no more than 20 customer service agents at any one time and 1 sometimes 2 tech guys, they slashed the workforce by half to cut costs. So how many people do you think they have answering the phones now ? ?
