  .@OriginBroadband are staffed with quite possibly the worst people I’ve ever come across. Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  @OriginBroadband I have been with origin for more then 24 months without renewal of contract why is it charging me termination fee, I was been mentioned in terms of job loss they would consider even though here the contract was never made but they are imposing illegal charges

  @OriginBroadband why are you tweeting me threatening penalty charges for exiting my contract early? You also emailed me saying I could leave without penalty because you breached your contract with me! It took over 6 months for you to admit you were wrong & have appalling service!

  just to add clarity, when we worked at @originbroadband we were told to never issue a refund until it had been chased 3 times. (its still the process)
