Shaun (@shaunbentley) reported from Manchester, England.@OriginBroadband are staffed with quite possibly the worst people I’ve ever come across. Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

Toby #FBPE (@tobybrxl) reported@davidjbodman @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I've sent a complaint asking them to explain how they're exempt from both their contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. As their ombudsman definitely IS regulated by ofcom. Looking forward to their answer

OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reported@__getinthebin @WeAreOpenreach hope you get this sorted. Many people are leaving @originbroadband due to the mid term price rise but only once it gets escalated as a complaint
-
David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported@tobybrxl @OriginBroadband They are allowed by Ofcom if they are written into "Terms of Service". @OriginBroadband have not given themselves provision to do this, so it is breach of contract
-
MC Triskele (@McTriskele) reportedWell this is **** I'm still waiting on @OriginBroadband to set my internet back up after moving house a week ago and still nada not an update or nuttin how am I supposed to do my job and work I'm gonna end up going to a different provider if its not up and running by next week 😤

Mike Dunning (@flyerbetic) reported@OriginBroadband utterly awful online support please tell me how to escalate this to a manager.
-
Minimem8 (@Minimem8) reported@OriginBroadband @davidjbodman You are not, I am not on a rolling contract, I am on a fixed term contract. Ofcom guidelines clearly state I should have the option to cancel without penalty. Are you saying the Origin are doing that?
-
Will Jones (@__getinthebin) reported.@OriginBroadband you’ve failed on us twice tonight. Also, one of your people called me the other day after I replied to your email suggesting prices were increasing. When I asked for a call back (as I was in a meeting at the time) I was told yes. It was never forthcoming.
-
Minimem8 (@Minimem8) reported@OriginBroadband I have spent over an hour and a half online with "support", they say I cannot cancel my contract before June otherwise, I will have to pay penalties. Why not answer here why you feel you can ignore the guidelines I've linked to? Or are Origin going to reverse this policy?
