Shaun (@shaunbentley) reported from Manchester, England.@OriginBroadband are staffed with quite possibly the worst people I’ve ever come across. Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

Richard Hofman (@RichardHofman33) reported@OriginBroadband Hello guys, what is wrong with you the few months or like that? I've been your customer for many years but now I could notice there is no customer support, no live chat and there is nobody taking care of the low speed I've been experiencing for some longer time.

☮️❤️🧡💛🇪🇺🏳️🌈Gaia🦉Sophia🏳️⚧️🇺🇦💚💙💜☮️ (@GaiaSophia8) reported@DrHughHarvey @oliviasolon @OriginBroadband £30 for 67Mbps down...?!😳67Mbp/s is 8.375MB/s down. She's currently paying £37 for ½Gbit (500Mb/s).500Mb/s is 62.5MB/s, ~7.5x FASTER. Why would she want to switch to an ISP offering worse speeds? Didn't realise such pathetic speeds were still being offered.

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@lindahudson66 @OriginBroadband They are professional thieves, using misdirection and contractual law to scalp people out of their money. That they use illegally installed recurring payments to recover money when people cancel direct debits due to poor service is only one of their tools of deception.

Derek Weeks (@DerekWe51929279) reported@OriginBroadband Here’s another crude gimmick Origin broadband to entice people to join this disjointed excuse of an internet provider. Their equipment sucks and their customers service is non existent.
