Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

Do you just not give a **** about your customers? Do you honestly think this is meets the “high level of service” you brag about?
