Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

Ts&Cs state "monthly rolling contracts" can increase in price, nothing regarding fixed-term contracts. Disgraceful company and support.
