Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England@OriginBroadband I live on the River Sheaf. My street was on severe flood alert for two nights. I’ve had no internet for a week due to Origin so neighbours were having to come and update me on weather warnings, as I receive no signal in my house (Tim your technical guy will vouch for this)

Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England@OriginBroadband Hi Leanne, I’ve spent about four hours over the last three days trying to call, no one answers the phone. When I finally got someone he told me the fault was in my adsl box so I bought a new one, only to find the fault isn’t there. Meanwhile, you’re saying you’re happy to help.

Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England@OriginBroadband I have had all these issues in period of two years, and everytime I’ve tried to solve them I am put on hold for hours and hours, with no action taken, no apologies, nothing. But, like any bad relationship, there comes a day when fake politeness and incompetence becomes enough

Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England@OriginBroadband Prior to that incident I moved house and foolishly took you with me, and you took the internet from the house I was moving from a month before I moved, so at that point I had no internet for a month

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@danjelley @OriginBroadband More contractual word trickery from @OriginBroadband, the cooling off period is 14 days from sign up or until your service is installed, but they hardly ever install until after the 14 days have expired, that way you don't realise you've been screwed until after you are screwed.
-

Wayne Thompson (@MrWayneThompson) reported@OriginBroadband is an absolute joke. Customer services are insulting & some workers clearly dont do jobs correctly. I've never had this problem with any other companies as they listen. I take care of all my moms bills due to her age & deafness. She gives consent yet you don't

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@Johnell63593211 @OriginBroadband Be sure you cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment they have set up (they usually set up RCP without asking permission (very naughty)). This stops them stealing money from your account months after you have left when they have one of their frequent "computer glitches".
-
Ann McGonigle (@Auldhame43) reported@OriginBroadband one of the worst customer services I have had, spoken to 3 different people over the past month and every time I get a different response and think the issue is resolved but no, it just gets worse!!!
