@OriginBroadband Hi Leanne, I’ve spent about four hours over the last three days trying to call, no one answers the phone. When I finally got someone he told me the fault was in my adsl box so I bought a new one, only to find the fault isn’t there. Meanwhile, you’re saying you’re happy to help.

@OriginBroadband Final tweet, Leanne. Check your records about how many times I’ve contacted your company about having no internet before you write daft messages about being happy to help

@OriginBroadband I have had all these issues in period of two years, and everytime I’ve tried to solve them I am put on hold for hours and hours, with no action taken, no apologies, nothing. But, like any bad relationship, there comes a day when fake politeness and incompetence becomes enough

@OriginBroadband So I've been ATTEMPTING to contact yourselves for about 3/4 days in a row now and still, nothing. I've had nothing but connection issues since after the first month and every time I've raised these complaints to yourselves I've been taken through the same steps

@OriginBroadband I wish there was some way I could express how utterly terrible it is trying to use your website to make contact with you for customer support. If you click on the "chat with us" it does nothing. I'm getting Throttled into oblivion daily and it's beyond a joke.
