Shaun (@shaunbentley) reported from Manchester, England.@OriginBroadband are staffed with quite possibly the worst people I’ve ever come across. Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

Derek Weeks (@DerekWe51929279) reported@OriginBroadband @Ofcom No point in messaging you directly. You don’t respond. How do you expect customers to have any confidence in Origin broadband when almost a third of your customers reviews are either poor or BAD.

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@DrPennyC @OriginBroadband You can stop your contract at any time, but they will charge you an early termination fee (as would 99% of other providers), unfortunately you are legally obliged to pay for the service for whatever time still remains on your contract.

Leighton Pickering / Lewis (@LeightonLewis4) reportedRe: Origin Broadband. They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service ! @OriginBroadband

Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband this is so true, you would go back to the customer with "Sorry, the cheque must have got lost in the post" excuse and they knew it was an outright lie, you might as well have just said "I promise I won't come in your mouth or get any in your hair"

SpeedTest SpeedSmart (@SpeedSmart) reported@ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?
