  .@OriginBroadband are staffed with quite possibly the worst people I’ve ever come across. Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

  @NBN_Australia @OriginBroadband NBN is supposedly down, an unplanned outage in Traralgon, VIC 3844. However my neighbours seem to have internet just fine??? Any status updates on what's being done to fix the problem???

  @OriginBroadband Here’s another crude gimmick Origin broadband to entice people to join this disjointed excuse of an internet provider. Their equipment sucks and their customers service is non existent.

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  @OriginBroadband No point, customer service is terrible since I’ve complained multiple times and every time you guys just ask for more money to “upgrade” the internet or ask for hundreds just so I can leave the contract…
