    .@OriginBroadband are staffed with quite possibly the worst people I’ve ever come across. Almost every message received from them was obtuse, provoking, repetitive and irrelevant, leading to a money claim and many crossed words. Worst service I’ve had from a company I’m not with.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    @OriginBroadband @Ofcom No point in messaging you directly. You don’t respond. How do you expect customers to have any confidence in Origin broadband when almost a third of your customers reviews are either poor or BAD.
