oh come on Katey @originbroadband why request further details from each individual when there has clearly been a national outage. Admit the outage, assuming this time it is an outage and you arent on stop with suppliers AGAIN #originfraudband

@OpenreachHelp Yes I know, been back & forth with @OriginBroadband for weeks. They say it’s your issue. The problem is with the Internet coming into the house, NOT our router. I just want to know why you’re sending engineers without warning and destroying our street’s ability to work?

So our @OriginBroadband went down last night.. Its not been nearly 10 hours and it's still not come back on. 😒😒

  • willCodeForAle Mark Taylor (@willCodeForAle) reported

I've just spent half an hour on hold with @OriginBroadband and given up, also 20 mins on webchat with no answer. I'm cancelling as I've not had any broadband for a week, and now I have another reason. How do I cancel if I can't speak to anyone... it's a conundrum.

@sarahspoon @OpenreachHelp @OriginBroadband they can do something. If they have said they can't they are lying. If there is an Openreach incident they can give you updates and provide clear communication

@BenPetrakis @OriginBroadband Agreed possibly the worst provider going , no clue where all the money has gone but apparently it’s beginning to run out

.@OriginBroadband you’ve failed on us twice tonight. Also, one of your people called me the other day after I replied to your email suggesting prices were increasing. When I asked for a call back (as I was in a meeting at the time) I was told yes. It was never forthcoming.
