    @OriginBroadband 45 minutes on the phone : No answer. Email blocked. Live Chat not working. Swittched to Origin but now Land-line is dead so no Internet. Feckin Shambles.

    @OriginBroadband no internet for 48 hours now thanks guys... no rush to get paying customers online again. Guess I'll have to wait another 48 hours just for an engineer to line test the master socket then lead me back to customer services..

    @OriginBroadband absolute rip off merchants. Having charged my daughter over ยฃ200 in 2020 for broadband that NEVER worked you have just made her pay ยฃ40 on a contract she doesn't have. You ignore correspondence and refused to deal with me despite having authority. BEWARE

    @OriginBroadband Hi Origin, Im having problems connecting a Nintendo Switch to the broadband. Connects just fine but when trying to play online, it says NAT type D, wondering how to change this? I believe the router is double NAT'd and requires a static IP. Was not aware of this

    They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, As ive always told them They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service. @OriginBroadband

    Well @OriginBroadband please do in contact with me ASAP as my static IP which I pay for has changed again and the info your tech support gave me contradicts this. He then put the phone down on me when I said so! #nothappy

    No wonder customer service at @OriginBroadband has gone down the pan if theyโ€™re now owned by @talktalk . When it comes to customer service they donโ€™t get much worse than @TalkTalk

    @OriginBroadband we're getting a pre-recorded msg that says 'no routes found' when dialling numbers in USA and Canada. Been like this since yesterday. Called support but no joy getting it fixed. Can you help?
