    @simonjcope @OriginBroadband customer support open at 10am, they only have 2 tech support people so you may be waiting a while. There has a been an outage if you look on downdetector but @originbroadband and denying this currently

    @OriginBroadband No sorry David, from my experience there is nothing you can do to help me because i know you wont follow through far past this initial offer. Please just let your boss know that people dont like to be scammed out of their money

    @OriginBroadband Customer tweets complaint about cust svc not being able to fix incorrect bill. Origin Broadband social media team reach out and collect all the information. Tells cust they can't help and only course of action is to call the people who've already not fixed it three times.

    Want adequate customer service? Reasonably quick communication? Answers and solutions to your internet issues? Better avoid @OriginBroadband then. I’ve been waiting for a reply to my message for over a month. Can’t wait to cancel.
