  @PerBetts @OriginBroadband After paying be sure to cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment that Origin have set up (they usually set the RCP up without asking permission (naughty)). This will prevent them from taking money from your account when they have one of their frequent computer glitches.

  @OriginBroadband Just to let you and everyone know. I have tried phone, email etc on numerous occasions to cancel my mothers broadband and phone. With no success. I have now cancelled the direct debit in the vain hope you will contact me. Number 28 in the queue.

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, As ive always told them They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service. @OriginBroadband
