    @OriginBroadband 45 minutes on the phone : No answer. Email blocked. Live Chat not working. Swittched to Origin but now Land-line is dead so no Internet. Feckin Shambles.

    Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

    As you were @OriginBroadband — problem seems to be with the SpeedSmart app on my iPhone. Crappy Zoom call quality could be someone else’s problem, too.

    @OriginBroadband one of the worst customer services I have had, spoken to 3 different people over the past month and every time I get a different response and think the issue is resolved but no, it just gets worse!!!

    @editfmah @OriginBroadband Not seeing loads of errors. Download speed currently 4.88Mbps, upload 8.85Mbps which is weird.

    @OriginBroadband This offer has now been withdrawn along with any previous offers made.   What happens next?   We have closed your complaint and you will be issued with an ADR letter electronically by email in the next 14 days, which will confirm this and can be used as evidence
