    @guillezc @OriginBroadband I had same problem months emailing them and calling them for manager never to call only got complaints Manger to call once I asked to leave woman said I dident have to be held to the 400 disconnect fee I screen shot Ed every speed test and sent them it.

    Help needed. Anyone have any ideas why I might be getting download speeds of c. 5Mb but Upload speeds around 12? @OriginBroadband @WeAreOpenreach

    @OriginBroadband hey Iโ€™m having problems ordering, it says my card was declined but when I spoke to my provider they said your payment system might be down

    @OriginBroadband I am extremely unhappy with your customer service. I have tried to call and resolve the problem through live chat and I've yet to receive a reply.

    @OriginBroadband Itโ€™s a joke and you never told me when we discussed this at first? Instead itโ€™s in small text in a contract that nobody reads. I do hope your service picks up for me personally because my first 12 months have been horrendous. ๐Ÿ˜”

    @OriginBroadband i hope anyone with a console does not sign up with this company. Unable to get my NAT from strict and have severe latency. Their customer service do not help with any issues raised.
