I’ve currently been sat on chat with Tech Support since 09:01 with no resolve and limited responses. I’ve had one response in 45 minutes.

If you try and get out of your contract they will te you to go to the ombudsman bit in the background they wi keep adding to you r debt then send in a debt recovery company. Do you just not give a **** about your customers? Do you honestly think this is meets the “high level of service” you brag about?
