@OriginBroadband Disappointing broadband performance for a while now (months). Chat/Called a couple of times to try and fix the problems. I’ve currently been sat on chat with Tech Support since 09:01 with no resolve and limited responses. I’ve had one response in 45 minutes.

@charlaayoo @OriginBroadband Do some searching about "Double NAT" and don't let them charge you for a fixed IP to remedy the issue. The reason you have a problem is because of the way they manage their network. You shouldn't have to pay extra to fix that.

@steviemac1985 @OriginBroadband do a bit of research regarding "Double NAT", the bane of many an @ORIGINBROADBAND customers life. Don't let them charge you for a static IP either, the service should work out of the box, you shouldn't have to buy something extra for it to work properly.

@OriginBroadband my internet speeds haven’t been great lately- only been with yous just over a month after leaving vodafone because they were terrible- it’s better than vodafone but still not the speeds i’m paying for- anything you can do to rectify this please?

@OriginBroadband could someone help me with an email I recieved today, telling me to pay £125.94 w/in 7 days because my account is closing early. I did not request account closure, my DD is still active. I'm a disabled person with limited resources & I cannot & will not pay.

Interesting that Lewis @originbroadband tells his guys not to advise the cooling off period starts from the contract agreeing and NOT when the service starts
