I’ve currently been sat on chat with Tech Support since 09:01 with no resolve and limited responses. I’ve had one response in 45 minutes.

They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. Sir Rachel Marks (@rachelgmarks) reported@MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet I'm with @OriginBroadband - very few issues and good service when setting up (real humans!). Strong signal on all floors (including attic room) and in courtyard garden. No need for separate phone line which appealed to me.
