@OriginBroadband Disappointing broadband performance for a while now (months). Chat/Called a couple of times to try and fix the problems. I’ve currently been sat on chat with Tech Support since 09:01 with no resolve and limited responses. I’ve had one response in 45 minutes.

@OriginBroadband cut off my broadband by mistake and is now leaving me without for 10-14 days until can be reinstalled...thank you from a self-employed working from home in lockdown person. Customer service shall respond to my complaint in 5 working days...thanks...! :(

@SilviaGuddei @OriginBroadband by non payment I mean that Origin failed to pay their supplier, so the service was cut off, meaning you lost your internet.
