@MartinSLewis I’m with @OriginBroadband on £17.99 a month for 35mbps on their Superfast Broadband. Have just switched - was previously on standard broadband. Occasionally drops out & had one day in November where service dropped out completely but otherwise ok.

@Schmell_DeCoffe @OriginBroadband If I can’t I will simply exercise my right to cancel as the product is not fit for purpose, I rarely have internet problems but the customer service team are useless and trained liars

Nothing but problems since joining @OriginBroadband looks like so has everybody else from what I see on Twitter and reviews. I’ve had “ DOUBLE - NAT “ since joining your company. Which isn’t suitable for online gaming. Which is all I use it for. Needs fixing. Support is terrible.

@CMaton1 @OriginBroadband Reminds me of when I was using Compunet on my Commodore 64 back in 1983. With chronically slow speeds of 1200/75 baud it was still way better & more stable than the **** that @OriginBroadband are peddling as a service. Also, when you rang them at least someone answered the phone.
