  @MartinSLewis I’m with @OriginBroadband on £17.99 a month for 35mbps on their Superfast Broadband. Have just switched - was previously on standard broadband. Occasionally drops out & had one day in November where service dropped out completely but otherwise ok.

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  They sent me a new Router, Yesterday, Guess what ? Still no Signal coming in, As ive always told them They even sent me a letter, Stating, If they get Openreach out, They may charge me, What A Cheek, When I'm entitled to Compensation for loss of service. @OriginBroadband

  @DrHughHarvey @oliviasolon @OriginBroadband £30 for 67Mbps down...?!😳67Mbp/s is 8.375MB/s down. She's currently paying £37 for ½Gbit (500Mb/s).500Mb/s is 62.5MB/s, ~7.5x FASTER. Why would she want to switch to an ISP offering worse speeds? Didn't realise such pathetic speeds were still being offered.

  @OriginBroadband These guys are the worst I've dealt with for Internet had several problems over the years, but recently 11 days without Internet, while they simply just lie or blame bt.... they're in breach of our contract as I don't have any Internet and we're disabled need it
