  @MartinSLewis I’m with @OriginBroadband on £17.99 a month for 35mbps on their Superfast Broadband. Have just switched - was previously on standard broadband. Occasionally drops out & had one day in November where service dropped out completely but otherwise ok.

  @OriginBroadband I can't lie I'm sick to death of CONSTANT problems with your service.. this isn't a one off deal this is EVERY month that you have issues.. I'm currently having to use my data so I can tweet you as coincidentally you ONLY have a payment hotline. Sort it out!

  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  @OriginBroadband ive got a problem i have a playstation but my nat type is 3 and as a result of that i cant join people on a game called minecraft ive tried everything to change it from moving my playstation closer to the router to changing some of my router settings.

  @MsEmmaChaplin @Plusnet I'm with @OriginBroadband - very few issues and good service when setting up (real humans!). Strong signal on all floors (including attic room) and in courtyard garden. No need for separate phone line which appealed to me.
