Wake UP! and smell the Coffee (@Schmell_DeCoffe) reported@danjelley @OriginBroadband More contractual word trickery from @OriginBroadband, the cooling off period is 14 days from sign up or until your service is installed, but they hardly ever install until after the 14 days have expired, that way you don't realise you've been screwed until after you are screwed.

Rob Clark (@Rob_Clark) reportedWell @OriginBroadband please do in contact with me ASAP as my static IP which I pay for has changed again and the info your tech support gave me contradicts this. He then put the phone down on me when I said so! #nothappy

Mords ⚙️ (@modredcastleton) reported@OriginBroadband It's nice of you to provide an alternative for when the extremely shoddy work your techs do on your behalf with our NBN box leaves our internet down for weeks on end :D

Mike Wilson 🐟 (@CraftyOldGit) reported@editfmah @OriginBroadband Well the problem I was having turns out not to be with Origin. On my iPhone, the SpeedSmart app reports < 5Mbps, the same app on my iPad reports > 35Mbps. Problem lies with phone by the look of it. Mystifying. Will investigate that face plate idea, thanks.

Hannah Smith (@hs96hsmith) reported@OriginBroadband why is your live chat feature not working on the website?
-
SpeedTest SpeedSmart (@SpeedSmart) reported@ParkerColin @CraftyOldGit @OriginBroadband Lots of speed tests use servers that are hosted by the ISP you are using. So your traffic never leaves there network. This makes the result unrealistic. What server location are you testing from and what speed are you paying for?
