  • gowiththeflo555 Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England

@OriginBroadband Prior to that incident I moved house and foolishly took you with me, and you took the internet from the house I was moving from a month before I moved, so at that point I had no internet for a month

  • gowiththeflo555 Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England

@OriginBroadband Final tweet, Leanne. Check your records about how many times I’ve contacted your company about having no internet before you write daft messages about being happy to help

  • gowiththeflo555 Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England

@OriginBroadband I contacted you several times over the last the last three days about my issues, sweetie, so go patronise someone else 😘

  • gowiththeflo555 Flora Stuart (@gowiththeflo555) reported from Sheffield, England

@OriginBroadband Hi Leanne, I’ve spent about four hours over the last three days trying to call, no one answers the phone. When I finally got someone he told me the fault was in my adsl box so I bought a new one, only to find the fault isn’t there. Meanwhile, you’re saying you’re happy to help.

  • jacobrien55 jac (@jacobrien55) reported

@OriginBroadband Thanks but I've now managed to contact customer services

  • OriginBroadban1 OriginBroadbandComplaints (@OriginBroadban1) reported

@djlowry @OriginBroadband lots of others have complained are the same thing and are now leaving as they are breaking their contract with the customer which clearly states price rises only for rolling contracts not fixed terms

  • RyanGeoghegan2 Ryan Geoghegan (@RyanGeoghegan2) reported

@OriginBroadband you've been down twice in less than 2 hours sort it out.

  • Minimem8 Minimem8 (@Minimem8) reported

@OriginBroadband @davidjbodman You are not, I am not on a rolling contract, I am on a fixed term contract. Ofcom guidelines clearly state I should have the option to cancel without penalty. Are you saying the Origin are doing that?

  • DerekWe51929279 Derek Weeks (@DerekWe51929279) reported

@OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband @ispreview If the end is near for origin broadband it cannot come soon enough for an awful lot of long suffering customers. An increase is yet another insult.

  • Minimem8 Minimem8 (@Minimem8) reported

Still no reply to the complaint I raised on Friday. @OriginBroadband continue to ignore @Ofcom guidelines related to fixed-term contracts. Ts&Cs state "monthly rolling contracts" can increase in price, nothing regarding fixed-term contracts. Disgraceful company and support.

  • djlowry David Lowry (@djlowry) reported

Very disappointed in @OriginBroadband upselling me into a 18 month contract just a month ago then following it up with a swift price hike. A very shady move. Only took six months to go from a sure-thing to never-again. Ofcom here I come?

  • georgiesucks Georgie (@georgiesucks) reported

Funny how after expressing my issues with @originbroadband they've now blocked me on twitter. Absolutely disgusting customer service @OriginBroadban1

  • liz_c177 Liz Chalmers (@liz_c177) reported

@OriginBroadband time to find a new internet supplier all day speaking to someone to try and fix it and nothing sent to another department again @OriginBroadban1

  • tobybrxl Toby #FBPE (@tobybrxl) reported

@davidjbodman @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I've sent a complaint asking them to explain how they're exempt from both their contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. As their ombudsman definitely IS regulated by ofcom. Looking forward to their answer
