@OriginBroadban1 @Mero46008244 @OriginBroadband Promised all this speed and I should switch to them, worst broadband I’ve ever had and still waiting for a call back.

@OriginBroadband absolutely disgraceful customer services, especially amidst a global pandemic when vulnerable people who are shielding are rely heavily on their internet and phone lines for their safety and well-being. Avoid them at all costs they are awful.

‘Easy to use service that gives you everything you expect’ - evidently not. What’s more frustrating is that as a teacher the internet is more essential to me than ever. I am currently at a 50% higher risk contracting COVID as I am unable to work from home @OriginBroadband - help

@_fadgie_ @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband Trying to charge me £1.50 a month because their internet won’t connect properly to my Nintendo switch?? How is that legal? It’s THEIR issue I shouldn’t have to pay for it

@OriginBroadband Is there anyone in office now I’m having problems with my upload speed and to be honest it’s a joke
-
Toby #FBPE (@tobybrxl) reported
@OriginBroadband Just received an email saying you'll be increasing my fixed term broadband prices by 3.9% + CPI. I'm assuming its OK to cancel my contract without penalty? Getting no response from the web chat
-
David Bodman (@davidjbodman) reported
@tobybrxl @OriginBroadband They are allowed by Ofcom if they are written into "Terms of Service". @OriginBroadband have not given themselves provision to do this, so it is breach of contract
-
Toby #FBPE (@tobybrxl) reported
@davidjbodman @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I've sent a complaint asking them to explain how they're exempt from both their contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. As their ombudsman definitely IS regulated by ofcom. Looking forward to their answer

Minimem8 (@Minimem8) reported
@OriginBroadband @davidjbodman You are not, I am not on a rolling contract, I am on a fixed term contract. Ofcom guidelines clearly state I should have the option to cancel without penalty. Are you saying the Origin are doing that?

Georgie (@georgiesucks) reported
@OriginBroadband you wanna charge me an extra 1.50 a month to fix your internet that can’t even connect to my PC right now get lost stinkies
