    @davidjbodman @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband I've sent a complaint asking them to explain how they're exempt from both their contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. As their ombudsman definitely IS regulated by ofcom. Looking forward to their answer

    @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband @ispreview If the end is near for origin broadband it cannot come soon enough for an awful lot of long suffering customers. An increase is yet another insult.

    @tobybrxl @OriginBroadband They are allowed by Ofcom if they are written into "Terms of Service". @OriginBroadband have not given themselves provision to do this, so it is breach of contract
