They have completely taken advantage of 2 vulnerable people in their 70's, refuse to let them cancel despite an awful service. Waiting for my complaint to be answered since Feb. That they use illegally installed recurring payments to recover money when people cancel direct debits due to poor service is only one of their tools of deception.
