  Wow. Glad I left @OriginBroadband, my friend has just told me they incorrectly disconnected him saying he had moved to a new provider (didnt) said they'd put it back on in 2weeks, now telling him no exchange lines free and removed him as a customer. No apology, no compensation 😲

  @OriginBroadband Just to let you and everyone know. I have tried phone, email etc on numerous occasions to cancel my mothers broadband and phone. With no success. I have now cancelled the direct debit in the vain hope you will contact me. Number 28 in the queue.

  @OriginBroadband I have been with origin for more then 24 months without renewal of contract why is it charging me termination fee, I was been mentioned in terms of job loss they would consider even though here the contract was never made but they are imposing illegal charges

  @DrHughHarvey @oliviasolon @OriginBroadband £30 for 67Mbps down...?!😳67Mbp/s is 8.375MB/s down. She's currently paying £37 for ½Gbit (500Mb/s).500Mb/s is 62.5MB/s, ~7.5x FASTER. Why would she want to switch to an ISP offering worse speeds? Didn't realise such pathetic speeds were still being offered.

  @NBN_Australia @OriginBroadband NBN is supposedly down, an unplanned outage in Traralgon, VIC 3844. However my neighbours seem to have internet just fine??? Any status updates on what's being done to fix the problem???
