@OriginBroadband 45 minutes on the phone : No answer. Email blocked. Live Chat not working. Swittched to Origin but now Land-line is dead so no Internet. Feckin Shambles.

@OriginBroadband So I've been ATTEMPTING to contact yourselves for about 3/4 days in a row now and still, nothing. I've had nothing but connection issues since after the first month and every time I've raised these complaints to yourselves I've been taken through the same steps

@TrickerTheDon @OriginBroadban1 @OriginBroadband before they almost went bust in 2018 they were running a call centre with no more than 20 customer service agents at any one time and 1 sometimes 2 tech guys, they slashed the workforce by half to cut costs. So how many people do you think they have answering the phones now ? ?
