@KennethCarleto6 @GameboyLuke @OriginBroadband Because the people behind the scenes that own and control the company are complete ***** with no interest other than money, don't judge the staff in the same light, they are genuinely trying to help you but are handcuffed by company policy and GREED!

Come on @OriginBroadband I have been trying to get tech support for the past 2 hours, online tech support is extremely slow and useless without proper diagnostics of problem. Am now in waiting loop for phone support. How long should I expect to be on hold?

@topballak @OriginBroadband I asked them to waive my termination fees in light of poor service, which they did. I'd find someone else - Origin have been nothing but trouble. Report them to trading standards too (I have) so their rep gets about.

@OriginBroadband I am having issues downloading programmes with my SkyQ and have had a Sky engineer visit today. He has suggested that due to previous issues I require a static IP address to fix the issue....can you help with this please?
