    @Plusnet were supposed to start our business phone and broadband Friday, missed the deadline, you got the broadband running but our business phone line STILL is dead. It worked perfectly for years with Sky. You advertise 24/7 support yet the department is closed until Tuesday?

    @Plusnet Eventually got it sorted. The Router had a problem, it hadn't been programmed properly and I had to do the settings myself. If I hadn't been Computer Literate this would of been impossible for someone. I asked for it to be noted and please not happen to others. So depressing!

    Don’t buy @Plusnet broadband, took 10 weeks to connect me after multiple calls. Decided I want to cancel called them cancelled. Was told I would get my first payment back within 10 working days, you guessed it two months later still waiting #awful

    .@Plusnet internet still down, is there going to be an update on what’s happening at some point? If it’s still down on Tuesday when everyone goes back to work you’re going to have a lot more complaints. #plusnet

    @Plusnet Mate, it’s been 2 days since I posted that. I appreciate you getting back to me eventually but I had to go elsewhere so I could get work done. No idea if it’s working now as I’ve not been home but it’s an issue knowing that I can’t reach anyone if I do have problems.

    @Plusnet We're approaching 36 hours of broken or unusably unstable internet. When will you acknowledge the problem? This is ridiculous
