    And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

    Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

    Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

    @Plusnet can you please confirm if all incoming emails being received during this outage are being stored and will be available to us once the system is up again? i.e. no risk of lost emails?

    @Plusnet your internet is actually trash. I deeply regret switching to your service. Despite sending engineers to speed test & ‘work’ on my internet connection its still weak AF. I ironically had to switch to 4G to tweet this. 0/10 🗑

    @Plusnet be honest this outage has affected the majority of your users. 36hrs to fix is a disgrace. I’m going to move accounts as are many here for sure. Your customer services spamming the same reply is a joke. Bye #incompetence
