And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

@Plusnet absolutely horrendous service today. No reason why, but they say it's my end, ie my fault.... so have to wait till monday for an engineer!!!

  • DJMidarezaki Midarezaki, Esq.🇬🇧🇨🇦🇭🇰🇹🇼 #GETTR (@DJMidarezaki) reported

@Plusnet It's all fine now, I happened to be awake in the silly hours of the morning and found my link was down and via 4G couldn't ping my static IP, but it came back up without me having to do anything. And, removed the camelcase version of your name from my phone's autocorrupt!

  • janeccy18 jan eccleston (@janeccy18) reported

@Plusnet disgusting service to my in-laws (both aged 80+). Have been getting an average of 1.5-2 mb speeds for years so internet useless. Found them a rural supplier of 22mb and you want to charge them £200 to end their contract. What about your min speed guarantee or fairness?

  • JamesKAArcher James Archer #Fight The Power® (@JamesKAArcher) reported

@jhardingcouk I moved to Plusnet. To be honest I wasn't too impressed at first as our speeds were really erratic. The first 6 Openreach engineers were useless but it turned out the problem was with a flooded cable up the street which only the 7th engineer discovered. No charge to me.👍

  • realkailoren Ali - Kailoren (@realkailoren) reported

@FalconeHosts In your contract there will be a minimum service guarantee (its usually internet speeds) and if it falls below that, or you have frequent unexpected outages you can get out of the contract at any time. I did the same thing with Plusnet when I lived in the UK

  • Enanmix Someone (@Enanmix) reported

@SkyUK Was good for over five years then became unstable and despite numerous call outs would work properly. So went to Plusnet

  • davidzsmith1 Smudge (@davidzsmith1) reported

@Plusnet are you kidding me? Trying to cancel, left the country, you say we have to call, well no I opened on email why not close by email? So you say send letter, enclose info all except phone numb as no one uses house num anymore, now I get email saying you can’t verify? mad

  • Tucker431979 Brian Watson (@Tucker431979) reported

  • iNemesis__ Dan // Nemesis (@iNemesis__) reported

Only a couple more weeks left of being a @Plusnet customer, While I've not had any issues with them what so ever, Except me struggling to pay the bill on time on a few occasions (like now), It's definitely a company I would recommend, I may return to them one day. :)

  • im_nomi Naomi C (@im_nomi) reported

@Plusnet My partner has been waiting for a £50 refund since October, he's just called and been told they cannot access his account to check anything as his direct debit has been cancelled. Please help!!
