They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandHey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far

Tim Miller (@Xexyzx) reportedOn Tuesday I was told everything was sorted, and the line would be activated before midnight. Wednesday morning, no broadband. I commented on the support ticket to tell @Plusnet this so they were aware - apparently this means "don't worry about this line, it's lowest priority!".
