And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • KateRav66 Kate Ravenscroft (@KateRav66) reported from Wilmslow, England

@plusnethelp hi, my service is due to start today and my old broadband has been disconnected but I haven’t had a text telling me my plusnet broadband is ready to set up yet. I have the router.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

Shocking shocking service from both @JohnLewisRetail and @plusnet John Lewis have terminated their broadband but expecting customers to pay a termination fee to plus net. My elderly friends are so upset and disgusted with John Lewis at leaving them in this predicament.???

@itsalgordon @virginmedia @bt_uk i feel sorry for you, atleast go with a company that gets leased lined from BT, i'm personally with plusnet business and haven't had an issue with them personally ever, the only issues i've had really was with BT hardware in the telephone exchange

  • jimbofluffytail Chutney Carmichaels (or jimbofluffytail) (@jimbofluffytail) reported

Tried to sign up to #plusnet broadband again (second time in two weeks) Guess what, took my money and didn't create an account AGAIN. Also the price had gone up in that time by £2 a month. Not wasting my time or £ with them again. Awful.

  • oobergrafik øober gräfik (@oobergrafik) reported

@adamjamesdaley We're with plusnet (super fibre optic). No issues. Before that with sky, no issues either but I'd say sky has the edge.

  • _Brian_Hunter Brian Hunter (@_Brian_Hunter) reported

will PlusNet pay for it? "Maybe, get the cost and let us know" @Plusnet Do you have a mechanism to keep an internet service you provide working or should we all buy internet from Vodaphone?

  • CllrKingSPW Cllr James King (@CllrKingSPW) reported

@Plusnet I have no final in RH2 area for a couple of days now (at least yesterday and today, perhaps longer). Is there a local problem or is my SIM the issue?
