They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

Pip (@pipmadeley) reportedWe've ruled out REIN interference, dodgy router & a fault either on the line or at the cabinet. Everything points to issue between the ISP and exchange. Contract ends 3rd April, so either @Plusnet get it fixed soon or I'll fix it by moving supplier. (2/2)

Great customer service too. Would suggest avoiding PlusNet at all costs as we had such a bad experience with them but that could just be us!
