Keith's Pi Tutorials (@PiTutorials) reported@winkleink @MikeBookham @virginmedia Yes, but you could get the new provider in place and then cancel Virgin. I have Plusnet fibre which is FTC and I am getting 35Mb/s, down and 7Mb/s, I have a server backing up to cloud, Iโm working from home and kids are home schooling and itโs fine.

Now it's expired and you won't honour it. Really bad. I have an account for broadband and mobile and will be cancelling my mobile this month. Really poor

For 2 days I have had no dial tone, have tried contacting by mobile to be met with a 'cannot connect due to high volume' message. Equally unhelpful on line merrygoround!!!
