Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. Iβve just left plusnet myself.

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin π we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. π

πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandHey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.
-
β¬Nessa Carson (@SuperScienceGrl) reported from Macclesfield, England@mynameis_rob PlusNet; switched to them not long ago from BT after I was sick of BT hiking the prices all the time, and also I was paying too much when my old local area only had crappy cables so poor speeds. PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandAnd no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.
-
Kate Ravenscroft (@KateRav66) reported from Wilmslow, England@plusnethelp hi, my service is due to start today and my old broadband has been disconnected but I havenβt had a text telling me my plusnet broadband is ready to set up yet. I have the router.
-
James (@jimbobinnes79) reported from Werrington, England@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.
-
Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Look what loyalty is getting you? Switch to fix
-
πΈππππ³οΈβπ (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, EnglandLooks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. π

-
Alyssa Jade C (@AlyssaJade7274) reported@Plusnet You havenβt answered my question. What good is it doing that at midnight when you are closed? And when the issue is intermittent? Why is it so difficult to just say when engineering is going to occur? Its not like you donβt know.
-
chris Jones (@spinner2000) reported@Plusnet my broadband is due for renewal I dont usually look at "exclusive" deals for me but tonight I have and it is cheaper to be a new customer and get a Β£160.00 gift card.. And to think I have 3 more family accounts with you aswel.. So much for loyalty.. Time to switch π
