    @Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

    Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. πŸ™„

    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. πŸ˜‚

    Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

    And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

    @Plusnet My service is normally excellent but this eve and yesterday it keeps kinda cutting out then comming back on again. Any ideas?

    Just signed up with @Plusnet for 24.99 a month for 18 months and with a 60 quid reward card for fibre not bad considering I was paying EE 38.18 for the same kind of service which is over 5 quid more then they say the basic is online

    @angrypiln 12 years ago I was on orange broadband barely getting 2mb on a bad day 4mb on good day. Then got email saying my bill going from Β£14 to Β£20 I phoned got you can get 10mb in your area. So switched to (new) plusnet not looked back. 3 years ago finally got fibre in area.

    @O2 checked your online tool and it says no incidents but our landline from @Plusnet is down in the area. (Confirmed it's an issue in area with plusnet). I have no data service from you guys... (TN31) could you confirm if you have an issue to? Turned off my WiFi but no data.

    @Plusnet any reason why the Internet WiFi keeps dropping. Download speed has dropped, keeps cutting out. Pop up saying connection speed to slow. Postcode LL18 1HS NUMBER 14

    @lottyburns @ThreeUK PlusNet works extremely well. Still free roaming. I’m paying just over Β£8 now for 15Gb data & unlimited minutes & texts. Left GiffGaff as had issues making calls when abroad.
