PN is owned by BT but has still been better tbh. Solid customer service so far

They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. ๐

Internet speeds fall when contract is up for renewal, and not usually the speeds advertised anyway. I've been paying ยฃ35.99 a month for the slowest internet on the planet...

We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts itโs best

Wessex Wyvern (@WessexWy) reported@BasilTheGreat It's worse, if you have BT, EE, or Plusnet broadband with their router, part of YOUR bandwidth & electricity is used to help provide THEIR public WiFi network. (It's hidden in the Ts & Cs but you can opt out in your account settings)

sussexgirl (@sussexgirl3) reportedMy sister who was with plusnet but was then changed to EE ( Both part of B.T.) It has taken 3 mnths but they have lost her landline , given another which means telling everyone. So Brit Telecom not world leaders in communication but champions of very poor service .
