    @Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

    @tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

    And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

    Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

    @plusnethelp hi, my service is due to start today and my old broadband has been disconnected but I haven’t had a text telling me my plusnet broadband is ready to set up yet. I have the router.

    Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

    @yourolly Openreach then leases these cables to other service providers like EE, PlusNet, Vodafone, TalkTalk, Sky etc, who can then also either pay to use OR’s kit in the exchange or rent space to house their own kit (LLU or Local Loop Unbundling)

    @OpenreachHelp Please please please send an engineer out to fix my broadband, I’m with plusnet and they keep telling me you’re coming and you never show up. It’s been 24 days! I’m desperate. I need to work from home and homeschool too.

    @OpenreachHelp I contacted Plusnet, they told me as it was an external wiring issue they couldn't do anything about it, hence why I've contacted you directly. The door is being replaced in around 6 weeks time, so this issue needs to be looked at otherwise you may be facing a much bigger job.

    @bt_uk Thanks Ash. I'm a @Plusnet customer and have been told that I need to wait until 11 March for BT Open Reach to connect us. Apparently you were connecting key workers as a priority but have stopped this? I can share details via DM if you think you're able to help.

    @UswitchUK @Plusnet How can this happen my broadband is awful I have to keep resetting it. It keeps dropping. I switched up to fibre on plusnets advice. I’m paying money for something that is not fit for purpose. I won’t be renewing my contract that’s for sure
