@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Look what loyalty is getting you? Switch to fix

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • TopGunCraig ⚒️ 🫧 Craigo 🫧⚒️ (@TopGunCraig) reported

@CHartleyPhotos Sim only get on plusnet. Uses ee network but alot cheaper

  • bekchops Becky Amiss (@bekchops) reported

@Plusnet award winning customer service eh? Missell, by not including call charges as asked, then cut OAP customer off completely (phone and broadband), then close their complaint by shutting down their account - mark as resolved. @OmbudServices time.

  • BethGlaisyer Beth Glaisyer (@BethGlaisyer) reported

@Plusnet I am switching broadband to you. My broadband was due to be activated 27/01/23, I have received a message to say the transfer of phone service has been completed, but I have not received confirmation that the broadband has been activated. Please can you advise?

  • Vdweller Vivienne 💙🧡🌻 (@Vdweller) reported

@CynthiaRao4 My daughter had these problems with Virgin when she moved into her flat a few years ago. After struggling with them for a while her contract came up for renewal and she switched providers. I think she went to PlusNet. She’s had no problem since.

@Plusnet need to cancel engineer for Monday internet working

  • Pauline79190767 Pauline Delaney (@Pauline79190767) reported

@Plusnet Hi there, no worries, I spoke with one of your colleagues Saturday morning. It was an outage that had to be resolved by @OpenreachHelp, and we were back online before their expected time, so less than 24 hours without. Apocalypse avoided.

  • pacrabtree Paul Crabtree 🇬🇧 (@pacrabtree) reported

@CumbriaPR I could be wrong but everyone uses the same network installed by btopenreach unless there is a standalone service. So it doesn't matter if it's Sky, EE, PlusNet. As someone suggested I would use BT they can sort out issues quicker being in touch with OpenReach on a regular basis.
