@Viowlett @EE Don't even talk to me about Virgin 😭 we were with them for broadband at our old place and they were amazing. They don't cover where we live now so we went with PlusNet and they're AWFUL. So I've gone from great phone service and great broadband, to shite versions of both. 😂

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Switch then. Cancel your contract as they are breaking the terms by failing to provide the service you are paying for. I’ve just left plusnet myself.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Hey @virginmedia, please install fibre lines in Mow Cop (ST7) so I can get rid of PlusNet. Had to change from Virgin Broadband when we moved, and I never had a single issue. Sick of PlusNet outages now.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

Looks as though we're also back to PlusNet's usual service, having to reset the router every few hours cos our Internet drops for no apparent reason, cheers. 🙄

  • jimbobinnes79 James (@jimbobinnes79) reported from Werrington, England

@Plusnet has to be the worst broadband provider I have ever been with, and I was with @TalkTalk. Only get a WiFi signal in the same room as the router. I must say the are not doing me proud.

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

And no amount of resetting it is actually getting us usable internet service. PlusNet are genuinely the worst provider I've ever been with. Need to spam Virgin until they install lines in Mow Cop.

  • shaneswindells Shane Swindells (@shaneswindells) reported from Congleton, England

@tandleman @Plusnet @plusnethelp Look what loyalty is getting you? Switch to fix

  • mbusby993 𝕸𝖆𝖙𝖙🏳️‍🌈 (@mbusby993) reported from Mow Cop, England

@Viowlett @EE I loved them on the other side of Stoke. Best broadband I've ever had. PlusNet are awful.

  • bromleyj Jonathan Bromley (@bromleyj) reported

Normally I pick up my Plusnet email using Gmail POP3, and that doesn't seem to be working as smoothly as normal either. But Gmail can send from my Plusnet a/c using SMTP without problem. All very odd.

  • Helenintgarden Helen (@Helenintgarden) reported

@Plusnet Thankfully my messages have both been sent now... We use an email client and messages are a bit unpredictable but seem to get through eventually... I was just relieved to find out that it wasn't a problem with my phone...

  • tom_spaceman Tom Spaceman (@tom_spaceman) reported

@Plusnet Just been informed that Plusnet are no longer happy to support my Fibre to the Premises and that I should move to BT when my contract runs out in January. Thanks Plusnet, I really feel valued as a customer.

  • ante1974 Anthony Ewers (@ante1974) reported

  • digitalmaverick Digital Maverick (@digitalmaverick) reported

Hey @plusnet. We are into our 3rd day of nightmarish email service. Your response is absolutely shocking. When will your webmail be usable as a service again?

  • Kazziee Karen Palmer (@Kazziee) reported

Whats up with @Plusnet service? WiFi a bit pants and no emails for 2 days. Never had any problems before 😢😢

  • stevewelling15 Stephen Welling (@stevewelling15) reported

@Plusnet @BensEasyPc why don't you actually broadcast this instead of just replying to people's worries? Pretty rubbish service tbh.

  • kbavalia KGB (@kbavalia) reported

@Plusnet @GrahamKing1982 I hope Anoush told @GrahamKing1982 that the plusnet email service has been down for 48hrs!

  • superfastsax Richard Greenfield (@superfastsax) reported

@Plusnet absolutely shocking you’ve still got email issues , seems to reinforce the trend to avoid ISP for email
