    Had two cold calls from @Plusnet yesterday. They seem to think that me putting my phone number into their speed checker, gives them the right to call me and try to sell me their service. Well, it doesn’t. And if it’s in their small print, they can bloody well take it out.

    @mcallister_will @Plusnet My whole issue stems from them trying to charge me 34% extra for being loyal - end of contract and they’ve stiffed me without notice - complained and they offered discount which is equivalent to what I WAS paying. Voda offered better service, faster speed for cheaper. Done deal

    @writeything @Plusnet I was given advice by them that even BT was suprised they'd given me,consistency & clarity seem to be lacking. Never realised how stressful trying to change broadand provider could be.Oh for the old days

    @mcallister_will @Plusnet Not sure I’d recommend any 😂 I’ve gone with Vodafone this time ... est speed of 63mbps, guaranteed speed of 55mbps, £4month cheaper than Plusnet, cust service that has (so far) put plusnet to shame and tech that will follow & target single device for best speed :)

    @plusnet @plusnethelp I've barely been a customer for 2 weeks and this company is already proving to be inadequate, will have to drop them and look elsewhere. Poor customer service and poor live chat facilities

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp been waiting over a week for a manager call back to get a deadlock letter. Now been told I have to wait a further 48 hours because the initial 2 requests haven't been picked up and it has been escalated "again". Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
