First I had a text saying it was to be delayed and now I’ve had a text saying to send back the router bcoz I’m no longer with plus net?? Could somebody plz help

It is now working fine thanks. Problem & mystery solved. So issue was not having connected in UK b4 going abroad. Kiron

She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.
