Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.
