This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging £4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better £20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or I’m leaving - they matched it (nearly) 👍
