As Plusnet is the customer of Open reach it is Plusnet who is responsible for making a complaint to Open -reach. Apparently as our service provider faults should be addressed and rectified in two days. We have already been 8 days without the internet and if Open-reach do not come until next Wednesday that will be two weeks.

This obviously makes doing anything online awkward at best. Of course, the moment I call @Plusnet, it stabilises.

Seems to be stable for now at least, but there's been times where it's up and down constantly

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'
