  • sweetiesal
Sally O’Shea (@sweetiesal) reported from Sale, England

Zero communication or update on @Plusnet website about the fact the network is clearly down across the UK- you can’t even get a dial tone when ringing their customer services either. What is going on?!

  • LeahWhitehorse
Leah Whitehorse (@LeahWhitehorse) reported from Salford, England

@bt_uk It would be helpful if you updated your website to show known service issues and outages. Outage in Manchester today is a known issue yet nothing on your site. Plusnet informed me.

  • Cuttsrich
rich cutts (@Cuttsrich) reported from Tyldesley, England

@virginmedia Mmm. 2 days loss of service in a week. Not good. Maybe I'll speak to that nice chappie in Sheffield at PlusNet or maybe get BT Sports for free with BT Think you can do better tbh Voda do a cheap deal too...

  • MiguelGilbert24
Miguel Gilbert (@MiguelGilbert24) reported from Manchester, England

@Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

  • joniredchops
Joniredchops (@joniredchops) reported from Wigan, England

@virginmedia Cancelled yesterday. Was happy at £25 a month. Looks like we're off to Vodafone or Plusnet for £22. Shame really, been a decent service.

  • ChrisBr41449425
Chris. Bracken (@ChrisBr41449425) reported from Warrington, England

@plusnet @plusnethelp You've left my elderly, shielding parents without a phone line for 48hrs now, and nothing is being done. I sat for 45mins on hold this morning to call you, and couldn't get through. At this stressful time, this isn't good enough! Any chance of a solution?

  • tandleman
Tandleman (@tandleman) reported from Middleton, England

Getting fed up with @Plusnet who I have been with forever nearly. Every time it rains I lose my internet for a couple of minutes. When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

  • RickyCarterna
Ric (@RickyCarterna) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@plusnethelp broadband swap over due today, current provider has now disconnected, PlusNet service not initiated. Cannot reach your helpline to confirm switch over. Not a good first impression.

  • alexjb24
Alex 🐝 (@alexjb24) reported from Salford, England

@Plusnet hello, my internet has kept cutting out all day again. My postcode is M5 4SG. This is happening far too frequently. Can you please fix it? When this happened last time you were able to fix it remotely instead of sending an engineer so hope that’s possible. Thanks

  • DavidWildJnr
David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England

@Plusnet I believe the minimum speed was added AFTER installation and after I contacted you. You have dropped my speed from the original 5Mb to around 1Mb as a response to each complaint I make. Perhaps the inferstructure should be investigated. Please forward me complaints email address.

  • Siftah
John Baxendale (@Siftah) reported from Manchester, England

@adechapmanlaw Problem is their phone line is crap, so PlusNet (who they were previously with) also would never get the phone line sorted and they were left with the same crappy speeds. Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

  • StoneTyres
Stone Tyres (@StoneTyres) reported from St Helens, England

PHONE LINE DOWN Please bear with us. Our @Plusnet phone line has gone down. Divert will take at least an hour to be activated. Feel free to message us on here. Apologies, we are looking for a more reliable supplier as we speak.

  • lynnwarbo
lynn warburton (@lynnwarbo) reported from St Helens, England

@DavidALavery @Plusnet I recommend raising issue via resolver who will escalate when plusnet still ignore you .. I'm limited to choice in my area and my mum used say better the devil you know !!

  • DavidWildJnr
David (@DavidWildJnr) reported from Whitworth, England

@Plusnet The BT service obligations (USO) states that my postcode is capable of 10Mb speeds and therefore is not eligible for upgrade. However you can only supply sub 5Mbs service. Can you explain the difference in the two scenarios.

  • cathmcgovern1
Cath McGovern (@cathmcgovern1) reported from Widnes, England

@Plusnet Had a band and we tried real hard Jimmy quit, Jody got married I should've known we'd never get far #StartTheSummer

  • LeahWhitehorse
Leah Whitehorse (@LeahWhitehorse) reported from Salford, England

If you are in South Manchester and have an issue with broadband, there is a BT incident in the area. Not showing on their website! Plusnet informed me should be fixed this afternoon. Check with your provider.

  • rjph_author
    Richard Holliday | Author 🇬🇧 (@rjph_author) reported

@Plusnet Thanks! I've switched email addresses but the verification email still never appeared. I now can't log into my Community account (I'd used same username/pw as my Plusnet customer account for ease) and the password reset email isn't appearing. Most confused!

  • MarkHowitt
    GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported

Slighty worried about @Plusnet cust service as a @bt_uk shareholder... he said it wasn't part of his job to know about the direct debit guarantee!

  • leedsbee
    ǝǝqspǝǝl 🇬🇧⚛️⚡️💡 (@leedsbee) reported

@Benleo Never been a customer of theirs but It’s probably a very close tie between them, BT, Three, EE & Plusnet. The needs of the customer are totally irrelevant

  • Hamish88205796
    Hamish (@Hamish88205796) reported

@DerylLynn @Plusnet Don't **** about. Slap a claim for £1,000 +costs in via MCOL. They'll happily settle out of court for £500 or more + costs and repair it.

  • Quigmeister
    David McGinlay (@Quigmeister) reported

@Plusnet The new service is at least 10x faster and cheaper than what you can offer. It’s due to start after my contract with you expires, so I don’t appreciate the continued pressure to stay with an inferior more expensive service

  • WendiSheard
    Wendi Sheard (@WendiSheard) reported

@Plusnet will you be answering the phone by 20.00? Or will I be disconnected as per voicemail? Is there an overall problem with the internet with you?

  • helkhiana
    Helkhiana (@helkhiana) reported

@saltyy_savage I had Virgin media for years and only issues and expensive contracts. I am on Plusnet right now £43/46 for 900mb with 0 problems and uk customer services. They do £3 increase yearly and I am curious to see my first contract end what I'll get. Bet still better than virgin
