Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

This has helped resume the internet but not the bad feeling we now have to Plusnet. But bear in mind virgin, brsk and a few other companies require a new drill through in the property because they don't use the same fibre line. Plusnet use the same line and bt so it would just be a ont change.
