When I log a fault they say it is fine now or monitor it for 2 days and close the incident. Of course it hasn't rained. Help!

Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

I call you for two occasions that don’t answer for 30 minutes each. At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. She's 82 and makes most of her calls on WhatsApp and telegram nowadays anyway. Did have to do away with the landline tho.
