    @virginmedia Mmm. 2 days loss of service in a week. Not good. Maybe I'll speak to that nice chappie in Sheffield at PlusNet or maybe get BT Sports for free with BT Think you can do better tbh Voda do a cheap deal too...

    @fittdr @virginmedia I'm hearing good things about @Plusnet on the customer service side, but it's the TiVo I'd miss, we are seriously considering @NOWTV broadband and TV as we already use them for sky movies but need to investigate if we (the wife) can watch @emmerdale and @LoveIsland ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Andy baker you should be ashamed of the service you offer. new customer 5 weeks in and still jo broadband ยฃ50 for nothing. ยฃ65 for an engineer and I have to take a day off and it will be another 2 weeks...oh ยฃ190 to leave!!! a joke!!!

    @Plusnet My broadband should have gone live today. Internet from old ISP ceased at midnight. You promised me uninterrupted service. My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

    @plusnethelp Iโ€™ve been in contact with your help desk about my Emails being blocked by Plusnet from my Domain (123reg). Apparently you are aware of this issue & have a team working on this problem. Could you pls let me know when the problem is resolved.

    @adechapmanlaw Problem is their phone line is crap, so PlusNet (who they were previously with) also would never get the phone line sorted and they were left with the same crappy speeds. Have signed them up with Sky fibre for less than they were paying for ADSL!

    If you are in South Manchester and have an issue with broadband, there is a BT incident in the area. Not showing on their website! Plusnet informed me should be fixed this afternoon. Check with your provider.

    @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.

    @Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of โ€œdo as I say, not as I doโ€ โ€” preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !

    @Plusnet please can you help-we have been in contact with you numerous times without a resolution over an issue with our switch to you from Virgin media-Virgin are saying we owe them hundreds of pounds which we donโ€™t as we had switched to you.

    @Plusnet This is the 21st century! I don't want to go through a bunch of phone menus that don't even have the option I need, to then be told the wait time is over 20 minutes, just to open a support ticket. Why can't I just login and create a support request ?
