    @Plusnet In your booklet that arrives with the router, you advertise 7:30am to 10:00pm. I call you for two occasions that donโ€™t answer for 30 minutes each. At 8pm, it tells me customer service is now closed. What terrible service. Your billing systems work great though

    @fittdr @virginmedia I'm hearing good things about @Plusnet on the customer service side, but it's the TiVo I'd miss, we are seriously considering @NOWTV broadband and TV as we already use them for sky movies but need to investigate if we (the wife) can watch @emmerdale and @LoveIsland ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

    @Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didnโ€™t pick up ...

    @RischDesigns @fittdr @virginmedia @Plusnet @NOWTV @emmerdale @LoveIsland Thanks for the advice both you and @ASBO_Allstar have said a similar thing so I guess it's a negotiation down in price with a new router to fix @virginmedia crap hardware.

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp Andy baker you should be ashamed of the service you offer. new customer 5 weeks in and still jo broadband ยฃ50 for nothing. ยฃ65 for an engineer and I have to take a day off and it will be another 2 weeks...oh ยฃ190 to leave!!! a joke!!!

    @Plusnet My broadband should have gone live today. Internet from old ISP ceased at midnight. You promised me uninterrupted service. My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

    Bit **** how Iโ€™ve been on the phone to plusnet around 6 times now regarding my broadband which isnโ€™t working and after failing to phone me back like they promised yesterday they finally report it as a fault in the line which could take 3-5 days to be addressed.

    @geordie_julie @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp We have just moved away from Plusnet as we had nothing but problems with slow speeds on fibre extra. Their technical and customer service is awful. All they ever do is threaten you with a ยฃ65 bill for engineers.

    @plusnethelp Now 3 months and the unpaid dispute regarding the fraudulent use of my details has been resolved . All plusnet is interested in is to close the case while my credit file is still left in tatters. Very poor customer service. Utter shambles

    I've come home to Sky TV, even better is the thought that next Wednesday I will come home to broadband that isn't provided by Plusnet! So glad to finally be rid of poor wi-fi, hopefully Sky will do much better, hardly difficult really.

    @Plusnet my internet has not been working all afternoon and the customer service person said I may have to wait until 25th for it to b sorted out?? My daughter's school and my job depend on it! Read other people's complaints of you and some haven't had internet since last Friday!

    @TBarnesGrasmere @Plusnet Our Plusnet internet is fine up at Broadrayne. If WiFi signal is gone then usually this is your internal box and not external network problem. Powering it off/on may help. ๐Ÿ‘
