My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

Laura 🖤 (@Loz82xx) reported@stuart_lucas9 @Plusnet @plusnethelp Absolutely agree! I’ve had three line tests since being with them, all come back ok apparently yet I can’t even stream tv shows and the WiFi doesn’t even reach upstairs but it did brilliantly with other ISPs. Terrible internet!
