My wife had to take a days leave today as she works form home using MS Teams and could not connect. Awful service. How do I cancel?

I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

Works for me after trying every other provider and getting crap signal. Bought a new (old stock premium phone) which works fast and comes with a 1yr guarantee. £7 v £25...???
