    @Plusnet 2 new sim cards ordered. Only one received today and the changeover is due to happen tomorrow therefore could be a full day without any service. Why only 1 received when ordered both the same time??

    @maburgess8 Plusnet that runs off EE. I'd understand if I wasn't receiving any service but I'm able to use it without any issues except from receiving calls and text messages. WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc. no problems at all. Strange

    Need to renew my broadband do I stick with @Plusnet or go to another provider .. in mind of that they all use @openreach network but @virginmedia I don't play online games

    45 mins on hold to plusnet .. then a nice lady with the broadest Barnsley accent was very helpful #MyLove the problem is at the exchange as thought

    @plusnet I'm trying to turn off the answer service via the online manage your account.... The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

    @O2 keeps dropping out, not receiving calls or texts, data is on and off and @Plusnet not working either. 1st world problems but the only day I need internet and both aren't working properly ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘

    @Plusnet good honest broadband. Maybe not. Over charging the mother-in-law and apparently canโ€™t resolve it due to their systems. Sounds like bull to me. Stop giving Yorkshire a bad name #fraudsters

    @Plusnet Why is my Landline bill higher this month? There are 3 calls allegedly made to 01159338000. We never made these calls yet we have been charged 40 pence for each call. I think that this is a scam. Please can you check.

    @nw_nicholas @Plusnet I was with them for 9 years no problems ever, I only left because I didn't need broadband anymore as I've unlimited data on my phone.

    @Nigelh7n @WeAreOpenreach Itโ€™s got to be done by Jan 2027. Plusnet donโ€™t supply a VoIP/digital voice service hence the suggestion to swap to BT/EE if you want to retain a landline number.

    @ArmchairAdml BT is dreadful tbh. Only found out that broadband has gone up - have really a bad rural service too - & they are charging ยฃ4/mo for a land line that I dont use. Got a better ยฃ20 deal from plusnet - called BT and told them to match it or Iโ€™m leaving - they matched it (nearly) ๐Ÿ‘

    @Plusnet I have new email, says I'm switching to ee in 30 days. I phoned already. I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Please fix it.

    @Plusnet have restricted my service as payment hasnโ€™t been made(despite setting up a DD!). I have tried to pay online several times but payment page is not working. I called 3 different numbers between 18:20 and 18:40 and been told their lines are closed and only open 8am-8pm?!
