  • JohnFin75257340 John Finch (@JohnFin75257340) reported from Horbury, England

@Plusnet Why is my Landline bill higher this month? There are 3 calls allegedly made to 01159338000. We never made these calls yet we have been charged 40 pence for each call. I think that this is a scam. Please can you check.

  • camelsbestmate Will Gordon (@camelsbestmate) reported from Thorner, England

@Plusnet unaware that my broadband deal had ended. You emailed me, told me and highlighted the best deal available. Two clicks and signed up. The first time in over a decade I have not used a switching service. At this rate you are in trouble of gaining a customer for life.

Sat with my iPad not even 2 foot away from the router and I can’t even load an app shocking from @plusnethelp @Plusnet as a fibre extra customer! Christ alive what happens if you have normal internet service. Does a carrier pigeon deliver messages?!?

  • carwu1 carwu1 (@carwu1) reported from Leeds, England

@RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

  • shakitv Shakir Ahmed (@shakitv) reported from Dewsbury, England

Hi @plusnethelp @Plusnet Are your phone lines down? I can’t get through. Just get cut off. Your chat is always offline and was in a q to speak to your help desk for over an hour on Wed. So far I don’t think much of your award-winning customer service.

  • mccarthy_stuart Stuart McCarthy (@mccarthy_stuart) reported

@plusnethelp Hi - my broadband is due to be connected at midnight tonight and had an email saying my question closed and order cancelled as I no longer want to be with Plusnet! No idea what's going on. I need my WiFi set up as planned. Can someone please help?

  • zoe_dels Zoe Delahunty-Light (@zoe_dels) reported

@icklenellierose Crap that's trash, so frustrating when you're trying to work. I have plusnet here too and the WiFi is spotty for sure - hope you find a fix!

  • TheVoiceofTOD Tom (@TheVoiceofTOD) reported

@icklenellierose I've had a lot of issues with the plusnet routers over the years. Great customer service but the tech is garbage. Ended up with Vodafone this time around and I'm impressed. Speed, price and box are excellent.

  • DuncanWallace79 Duncan Wallace (@DuncanWallace79) reported

@zoe_dels @icklenellierose I'm up in Aberdeenshire and get the same issues, sounds like a Plusnet issue

  • thematabot Matt (@thematabot) reported

@icklenellierose My original plusnet router would for absolutely no reason at all, do a full reset. Like 4x a night. Just switch itself off and on again. While I was playing online. Couldn't find cause Spent a fortune buying a proper wifi router for my house, and low and behold, no more issues.

  • four_five_nine Joe 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@four_five_nine) reported

@icklenellierose Have a Plusnet router and used to get constant WiFi disconnections, turned off the 5Ghz broadcasting and I stopped having problems. Also if I connect my kindle to the WiFi I get frequent disconnections. The router is seriously messed up. No problems on ethernet.

  • sgch Sam (@sgch) reported

@icklenellierose Hey I actually have Plusnet - there’s a known issue where the 5ghz network just doesn’t work on the hub. A quick fix is to split your networks and just use the 2ghz, but we just bought a Nest WiFi router and switched off the WiFi on the Plusnet hub.
