Two clicks and signed up. The first time in over a decade I have not used a switching service. At this rate you are in trouble of gaining a customer for life.

I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

Our broadband improved straight away. Despite saying they wouldn't charge us for cancelling early, they threatened us with court proceedings to pay up. 😡
