    Urgh, I'm crap with anything to do with Internet speeds and stuff, and trying to change my broadband/WiFi as mine is plusnet and its shit, but I don't know what's a good speed! I don't like getting old.

    @RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

    @rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

    @virginmedia your customer service has been absolutely appalling. A month past the agreed contracted installation date, still no broadband. Countless calls to @virginmedia, false promises of compensation and lies of installation dates. Sort it out! Should have gone with @Plusnet.

    @mazymixer that's not too bad at all. I have phone and broadband with Plusnet and that is around £50 a month but all calls are free.

    Can anyone help with a (seemingly irrational!) WiFi issue. Laptop & TV connect so there's not a fundamental WiFi problem...but it's booted off all my mobile devices (ReMarkable tablet, android phones etc) & all claim IP configuration errors. I've reset everything @Plusnet

    @MrAlgolagnist I'm with Plusnet and to be fair they're really good (if you're happy to wait 30+ mins to get through to them as a residential customer that is). I switched my account to a business account and it was much better. Also got a SIM only deal with them for my "work phone".

    @Plusnet Help! Was supposed to have a Openreach engineer install my phone line/broadband this morning but no show, no call or text to say they are delayed. This despite numerous texts telling me all is on schedule & they would see me this morning. Please help 😢

    @Plusnet I've been trying to get in touch to cancel my contract. There seems to be no one around your office to start the process. Also, no other method to do this. Disappointing! Hopefully will not be subject to fees for late cancellation!

    @Plusnet Signed up for your broadband yesterday, took the money straight out, but you didn't send me a confirmation email, the email I used to sign up with can't be used to log in, can't get through on your support line because it won't recognize the dial tones from my phone.
