@virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

@RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

Sat with my iPad not even 2 foot away from the router and I can’t even load an app shocking from @plusnethelp @Plusnet as a fibre extra customer! Christ alive what happens if you have normal internet service. Does a carrier pigeon deliver messages?!?

@VodafoneUK Hi - no it's not you that's the problem. It's @Plusnet who I moved to earlier this year and have given me 2 outages in 6 months. Just as soon as my contracts up I'll look at you guys again because I had nothing like those probs with you. Have a great Christmas.
