  • TagCraigy Craig (@TagCraigy) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

  • lottiejonesy Charlotte Morley Jones (@lottiejonesy) reported from Eggborough, England

Urgh, I'm crap with anything to do with Internet speeds and stuff, and trying to change my broadband/WiFi as mine is plusnet and its shit, but I don't know what's a good speed! I don't like getting old.

  • carwu1 carwu1 (@carwu1) reported from Leeds, England

@RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

So happy my contract with @Plusnet is ending! "Unlimited Fibre Extra" average download speed 66Mb. I never once received over 38Mb in the last 18 months. Worst provider with disgusting customer service. Avoid this company at all costs, Saving a few quid is not always good!!!!

  • Beltonparkgolf Golfer (@Beltonparkgolf) reported

@plusnethelp So looks like another working from home day without broadband, thank you so much @plusnethelp @Plusnet Another 30minutes on hold this morning only to be told they need to send an email to openreach to see what the problem is. 😡

  • AdamBanksUK Adam Banks 🌸 (@AdamBanksUK) reported

@alfaqfour @Bee42681881 @bmccul3 Major players: BT Mobile*, Plusnet Mobile*, Utility Warehouse Smaller firms: 1pMobile, The Phone Coop These ALL use the EE network. No need to use EE to get their network.

  • plusnethelp Plusnet Help (@plusnethelp) reported

@Phantom_Dash Thank you for getting in touch, in this case I would suggest on speaking to our Support Team to make the payment over the phone. You can reach them on 0800 432 0200. - Curtis, Plusnet Sheffield

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@TheRegister Worst parts today include automatically pushing up price after minimum contract: customers should phone retention team to get a sensible price, else migrate to, say, @Plusnet (or a quality supplier like @ZenInternet for business service - the price does not jump at end contract.)

  • lucasparcus Ping (@lucasparcus) reported

@Plusnet @plusnethelp My WiFi has stopped working yet again! All still plugged in the same way and has been fully functional recently, well usual slow ness but connecting nonetheless, are you having issues on your end tonight?

  • bethhclaireee BB 🦄 (@bethhclaireee) reported

i've never known a service provider like plusnet, archived all our work emails, how is it some providers allow you to have thousands of emails yet we have maybe 300-350 and they are now gone?! @plusnethelp

  • Union_Tom Tom Neal (@Union_Tom) reported

@plusnethelp Hi Plusnet, my parents are having issue with the speed of their account at the moment, they can't even surf the web. Could you help?

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@moni_waller How is TalkTalk involved? Can you ditch them and change supplier? Eg. @plusnet for a good value connection, or @ZenInternet for a high quality 9-5 type service.. BTW PlusNet increase your price ££ at end of minimum term, whilst ZenInternet don’t sting you for customer loyalty.

  • EmilyAtkin9 Emily Atkin (@EmilyAtkin9) reported

@Plusnet still haven't returned my money to me. 5-7 working days was supposedly the earliest they could return it. It's been 14 days since the first complaint. £270 stolen from me and my children. See you in court for emotional damages!!
