@Plusnet @SoggyMoggyComps I am a new customer who has been with you for 2 weeks and so far am very disappointed. I’m working from home and having to use a phone hotspot. We have asked for a manager to call us back twice in the last 36 hours and still nothing. Very poor! #badcustomerservice

Holy moly that was quick! Having moved to new home at weekend, thought I best get phone & broadband installed. Ordered @Plusnet late last night, phone was up & running by 6am 🙀 Now that’s what I call service! Let’s hope broadband installation is soon so I can YouTube 🥳🥳
