    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

    Outstanding service from @Plusnet @plusnethelp .. NOT !! Took out a new contract 12 days ago and NO router, that should with my Skype job interview tomorrow #shocking. Not massive with everything else that is going on in the works but still 😳🤬🤬

    Urgh, I'm crap with anything to do with Internet speeds and stuff, and trying to change my broadband/WiFi as mine is plusnet and its shit, but I don't know what's a good speed! I don't like getting old.

    @rob3047 We are with Plusnet and usually manage to negotiate a reduced price when contract up for renewal. With Talk Talk before and sadly had lots of problems

    @Plusnet Prior to this faceplate bring installed it was plugged into the socket. Open reach installed this after the last period of disconnections. The issue had not been at our end. Have openreach been carrying out work in my area? It seems that when they have, we have issues.

    @Plusnet my mobile signal dropped yesterday and has been intermittent ever since, it has been fine for the last few years, any problems in cw12 area. Both me and my wife, exact same issue

    @WinderAsInMere Hi Claire, I'm sorry to hear you're having issue with your connection. I suspect the page you're seeing is generated by the router, so if you haven't already; I'd recommend factory resetting the router for 15-20 seconds with a paper clip. -Tony Plusnet Sheffield

    @Plusnet waited all day for engineer didn’t turn up now told he’s ill & isn’t coming! Taken a day off work for this! No TV/internet very poor service and that’s a new customer. Waited 3 weeks for this too after you extended by a week from initial booking. Cancelling the order.

    Damn, spend ages trying to set up a password that's short enough and insecure enough for an @virginmedia account only to get told I can't set up an account at the moment. Can we please get a useful ISP in the UK? We used to have @Plusnet but they got bought out by @bt_uk

    @Plusnet Having a lot of internet connection problems (Inverness) this past week. 6 times today! Is there BT works ongoing ? Router switched off/on, intermittant orange light flashing. Download speed below 4mbps/upload speed below 1mbps.
