@RichardPrice78 @plusnethelp leave plusnet ASAP. I’ve had issues with them for yrs and they KNOW about issues with their routers but still send them out. I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

  • TagCraigy Craig (@TagCraigy) reported from Leeds, England

@virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

  • LBradz Lindz 🏃‍♀️ (@LBradz) reported from Leeds, England

@pwh1skey @Plusnet Ah, that's infuriating 😔 I got put through to Sales, and they set me up as a new customer, and moved some of my details over from my old account to speed up the enablement. Have they tried that route with you?

  • cyclist13 Paul the Cyclist (@cyclist13) reported

@NorthRoadCycles @Plusnet Plus net are owned by BT, and i was thinking of moving to them, thanks for the update theyve lost another prospective customer

  • NorthRoadCycles NorthRoadCycles 💙 (@NorthRoadCycles) reported

@Plusnet Done all that, it's rubbish. You basically attached modern tech to decades old wires. I'll be ringing to cancel tomorrow

  • rogerkb2012 Roger Barrett 💙 (@rogerkb2012) reported

@Plusnet OK; just set to Ch6. Will see what that does, but to be honest my confidence with your service is not good.

  • seanvassen Sean Vassen (@seanvassen) reported

@Plusnet are a disgrace. They messed up an order to transfer over to them as providers. Left us mid week with no internet service for over a day and have offered £5 in compensation. Would you say this is acceptable? when we are all trying to work from home!!

  • kirsten_curran Kirsten Curran ✨ (@kirsten_curran) reported

@Plusnet Hi my internet was supposed to go live last night but it’s still not working so I cannot work from home today

  • pwh1skey Pete W (@pwh1skey) reported

@phil_wiffen @Plusnet Ah lucky you. I get a different story depending on who answers the phone on their side! To be fair I’ve been with them years and never had a problem but now is the time customer service matters! Down 60 hours and counting!

  • BinkyPro Andrew Cook (@BinkyPro) reported

@Plusnet We have since opened a support ticket and will pursue this with your support team directly. Nobody should have to search Forums to work out why your devices are not working as intended

  • RobertS82518888 Robert Seymour (@RobertS82518888) reported

@Plusnet Can you help please, I have no dial tone on my home telephone and I don't have a mobile, I find that your wonderful best in the world service has no email address for customers to contact you!

  • georgepickburn snowman (@georgepickburn) reported

@Plusnet My bill has gone into wild oscillation after I elected to renew: Mar £42.43, Apr £20.49, May £30.49. I looked at the Apr and May bills but I can't understand the credits, debits and discounts shown. Looked on web/help - no joy. Please explain what's going on?
