@Plusnet I signed up on Sunday, 1st order timed out and didn’t generate an order as far as I’m aware as never got any emails, however I’ve been charged twice. 2nd order was successful

@Plusnet you’ve overcharged us 4 months in a row, and every month you say it’s sorted. Service is so bad we can’t even use the WiFi! Crashes out every 5 minutes.
