@Plusnet and so it begins again. No broadband since around 11pm last night, exactly two weeks since the last problem that was resolved, which was 2 weeks after the first. Service is a joke

Hold we have up. Why don't tell people where they are in the queue when you ring up? I have been so disappointed with @Plusnet today I really kicking myself for trusting you. Your customer service was the main reason I signed up and now I find out it's all lies
