@Plusnet unaware that my broadband deal had ended. You emailed me, told me and highlighted the best deal available. Two clicks and signed up. The first time in over a decade I have not used a switching service. At this rate you are in trouble of gaining a customer for life.

Sat with my iPad not even 2 foot away from the router and I can’t even load an app shocking from @plusnethelp @Plusnet as a fibre extra customer! Christ alive what happens if you have normal internet service. Does a carrier pigeon deliver messages?!?

@plusnethelp Just waiting for final bill from @Plusnet as it was due out of @AskHalifaxBank today, but it hasn't been generated yet, won't be much, as cancel fee is only £11, so maybe end up with £12 back minus what little Internet we used til the contract was terminated

@Plusnet came to you years ago because of your fab customer service and broadband speed we have poor broadband a call yesterday tried to rectify it and promised a call back at 9am this morning to check its working no callback and internet still poor
