@MartinSLewis I should’ve tweeted yesterday about broadband. I was with BT but they were getting expensive.Moved to plusnet but wifi signal was poor.I called up they said their hub is an older version and they just logged me in to my old bt hub so i have plusnet price thro my old bt homehub 🤯

@Plusnet @plusnethelp I can’t believe I’m going to have to pay for my daughter to have extra data on her phone so she can finish her Uni assignments because you take days to fix her internet connection 😡 she can’t even use the library because of lockdown. 🤬

@MartinSLewis £36.52 a month Plusnet, two years, standard broadband, often lose connection. Also two mobile phones with giffgaff, but signal very poor here, so we need a landline.

@MartinSLewis My broadband is temperamental. Wired or wireless. Plusnet keep saying its fine. 3 times I've complained and 3 times its improved within days. Few weeks down the line its terrible again. Some times we can't even use WiFi and have to change phones onto 4g....
