That’s my broadband reluctantly changed. @Plusnet you have been brilliant and hope one day I’ll be back with you. All comes down to cost at the end of the day and can’t turn my nose up at saving over £6 a month.

My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

@bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

@plusnethelp Just waiting for final bill from @Plusnet as it was due out of @AskHalifaxBank today, but it hasn't been generated yet, won't be much, as cancel fee is only £11, so maybe end up with £12 back minus what little Internet we used til the contract was terminated

All the deals I picked here include 5G, so even though you’re saving money, you’re not missing out on anything. Also pay as you go, so no contracts or credit checks. Not been able to find anything similar for EE network - Plusnet mobile is closest price rise but is 4G only
