    Urgh, I'm crap with anything to do with Internet speeds and stuff, and trying to change my broadband/WiFi as mine is plusnet and its shit, but I don't know what's a good speed! I don't like getting old.

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @plusnethelp Hi do Plusnet send out replacement routers? Broadband is running slow and I think I may need a replacement router as phone dial tone is fine

    Just been stung for £65 for an engineer visit in December where the engineers blamed the Openreach modem which I have had for 8 years. @plusnethelp @plusnet are really not interested in customer loyalty. Line fault was detected before the visit and has been OK since. Strange.

    Plusnet: Hi Ben, sorry for the delay in replying to you. Unfortunately cancellation is one of the few things we can't support with via this support channel. I see you have already tried but I'd recommend giving our Cancellations Team another call.

    I'm sure I made a great first impression at my interview, this morning, as I failed entirely to join the video chat... because my @Plusnet broadband is incredibly slow and regularly dropping out altogether. @plusnethelp isn't even responding. How is this acceptable? 😤

    @OpenreachHelp I have just received a text from plusnet to say the fault on my line has been fixed by yourselves. It hasn't so no o have to go through the whole rigmarole again. Please can someone help, I have 3 weeks of homeschooling to catch up with having 2 children at home.

    @plusnethelp been having issues with internet connectivity in NR14 all day today. Packets keep dropping at the 3rd hop within the Plusnet network. When will this be resolved?
