Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

I want to remain with plusnet fibre to cabinet but lose the phone line rental, at a reduction in cost. This was not offered anywhere & person I spoke to on the phone before couldn't help. Ofcom rules state that if a provider makes a change to your contract that is of "material detriment" (meaning it makes you worse off), they must allow you to leave the contract early without paying a cancellation fee.
