    @plusnethelp hi could you help with some settings please . I have a plusnet free online acc . I can see all my email folders on my phone but I have just purchased an android tablet . I have set up Gmail but can't see my folders. Thanks

    @ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

    @Plusnet We have a terribly unstable connection and despite informing you, it remains unresolved. I have 2teenagers who are being disadvantaged further by your inept service. They cannot participate in their home learning successfully due to your poor service

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp 45 mins of my life I’ll never get back to be no further along either!! 3 kids at home needing services and your agent basically says “I can’t help” if this is award winning I’d hate to see who came last!!

    To follow up @Plusnet @plusnethelp we've spent 1 hour and 7 minutes on phone (inc placed on hold 3 times) re a simple technical support issue, to be told that we'd likely have to wait 24-48 hours for the ticket to be read by the support team there, never mind get a resolution.😝

    @plusnethelp Are you kidding me? You’ve responded to more recent tweets? Tweeted you earlier to say I’d been unable to use Plusnet broadband which I pay for as it’s simply too poor for use, tried all day to call, unable to even get in a queue, constantly told to call back later!

    @Plusnet changing to you for our ISP was the worst decision ever. Trying to home school 2 teenagers with unstable Internet connection is tortuous & damaging. Why will you not provide what you are contracted to do and resolve your terrible service!

    @jwdk98 @plusnethelp I've been having the same issue yesterday and today. Noise on the phone line and connection randomly drops (router light orange) in CH66. @DowndetectorUK suggests there are issues but Plusnet site says none?

    @Plusnet is genuinely the worst wifi going all evening I’ve been disconnecting from fifa games, I did a speed test and my ping has more than doubled and download speed is 25% of what it should be.
