Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

The point is, you should have published a post so that everyone knew what was going on and didn't call customer services en mass. Instead you had your reps respond to each complaint individually.
