@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Ofcom @PSAuthorityUK it seems replying to free shortcodes (e.g. NHS, bank transaction verification, STOP to marketing msgs) is not supported on some MVNOs, esp those using EE (@plusnet, ecotalk, TTMM), locking users out of services. Should carriers not be compelled to support?

@Plusnet broadband accolades from @ChooseUK but mobile support, they discontinued live chat, direct you to twitter, then ignore you. Calling requires you to tether the phone to the charger the queue is so long!

@Ofcom a Internet provider plusnet has breached a contract by failing to provide a service from day one and they have passed the case onto a debt collection agency. I have contacted to plusnet a number of times and I am getting no where.
