@Plusnet Please read the tweets aimed at you. There are reports from all over the country that your broadband isn’t working (neither is ours). We’ve got people working from home here who need their broadband. Please fix it!

@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Ofcom, you keep telling us to send scam messages to 7726 BUT what if the provider does not support this option i.e. @Plusnet so perhaps you should make it a requirement that all providers do allow its customers to do so ?

@Plusnet My appointment been missed past 1pm and Plusnet are saying their system is down to actually get any info from Openreach. How am I supposed to remote access live IT Systems if my connection has dropped out 7 times this morning? Issue ongoing since the end of April.

@three_broadband how much longer do I have to suffer while your engineers work on a mast??? My house runs on Wi-Fi. It now can’t! 6 years with plusnet without missing a beat, 3 months with you and everything falls apart. I can’t even get a signal in every room!
