@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

  • sales_marvel Sales Marvel (@sales_marvel) reported from York, England

@Plusnet #broadband service in #York truly terrible today and your Customer Service team aren’t taking calls?

@MoneySavingExp What's your advice when switching to Fibre actually leads to more problems? Slow speed, variable speeds are the same as ordinary broadband Plusnet says'set up the new router, splitting signal' but do ALL providers expect the customer to sort out problems?

  • tonyc0506 tony cottrell (@tonyc0506) reported

@Plusnet how do I get to speak to someone who can actually deal with an issue with my broadband? Last agent was not very useful at all

  • FarmerG5 Geraint Walters (@FarmerG5) reported

@OwsWills @martinjohnes @Plusnet We’re a bit further up and they’ve pretty much done where we are and making their way down I think? Just checked a random Armagh city postcode on the virgin website and says not available. Weird as there’s so many vans and engineers about

@plusnethelp Hello. I was just wondering if Plusnet mobile only customers can sign up for new customer only deals for your broadband? Thanks.

  • kartb4horse sharonh (@kartb4horse) reported

@Plusnet wondering if you can help. Having real problems with connection dropping constantly on broadband. Have installed a bt hub 6 yesterday which improved speed, as that was previously also an issue, but we are still having connection dropping several times.

  • Oxfordite Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported

@plusnethelp When does Plusnet, seeing 0.4mbps sync speed on customer migration line, decide that something is wrong on the line?

  • Rdgfootyfan Maureen Lewis (@Rdgfootyfan) reported

Is anyone else having problems with Plusnet today?

  • ce63l Carol (@ce63l) reported

@MarcAllera seriously unhappy with the joke that is customer service for PlusNet. "You" took £200 of my money in error, despite me advising in good time of the error. I've raised a customer complaint and asked to be called but they won't. So let's see if this helps.

@plusnethelp I refer to my last question no. 211592826 as I am still having major problems with my PlusNet Internet connection. It has degraded even further and is now extremely sporadic. This being the first time it has been active for over 20 hours - I am still paying, so HELP!
