@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

  • HeyItsAJOmega AJ Omega 🌈 (@HeyItsAJOmega) reported

Hey @Plusnet, my home internet connection has been dropping out repeatedly all morning. I've tried restarting router multiple times to no avail, & I'm almost certain problem isn't in the house. Need a stable internet connection for work, so any assistance ASAP would be grand!

Always haggle the customer service rep on the phone when renewing a contract. Took me 20 seconds for Plusnet to offer £28.99 a month, down to £25.99 and finally £24.99 a month for 18 months. Cheeky buggers.

@JennyBratty @Plusnet I’d also think about telling @Plusnet you can’t afford your current contract. They have. Legal responsibility to help you where they can, they might be able to reduce the contract you’re already on. Eg Circumstances have changed since you signed the contract

  • Diddylol_ Connor 🇺🇦 (@Diddylol_) reported

@HadesXIX Don’t think it’s too bad actually, switched over from Plusnet cause it actually worked out cheaper

Hi @ShellEnergyHome I need to move my father-in-law away from his current broadband provider (@Plusnet) as I cannot help him renegotiate his contract. If I were to move him, can he add me as an authorised contact on his account and would I be able to renegotiate his contract?

  • Maribellmouse Marianne (@Maribellmouse) reported

@Plusnet @292CAN Yes tech issues happen and for the first few customers you wouldn’t have known it would happen. But I now know you were aware of this issue before I even signed up and asked for my number to be ported - you should have warned customers of this issue!
