@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

📢 PSA while we're on the subject of safety: If you're on Plusnet then you won't be able to text the British Transport Police on 61016, as Plusnet don't support short code usage via their mobile service. Something I learnt the hard way.

@danpos_ @Plusnet When I get those speeds with my operator and talking to the technician does not work I give them an hour of bad grades on Ookla and as much frustration I can put into obscene words in comments on their FB page. Especially if they have promotions for new users.

I have to say the past five weeks of trying to sort out my move to @Plusnet mobile has been awful! I have had to ring every single time to get an update, my PAC code ran out it took so long and still I had to ring to find out what's going on.
