@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Saraheboon Get more than 10mbps, and go with BT if you can afford it. They aren’t the cheapest but others like Plusnet/Virgin don’t provide a consistent service

@notmeat37574523 Yeah, my understanding of broadband these days is a bit shaky. I've just plugged in the free PlusNet router (to confirm it is the router and not the line having problems) in place my own and see it is the DSL socket which is plugged in.

@Plusnet please can I register a complaint, I gave notice that I was moving house weeks ago and the internet is still not on. This is very infuriating because I work remotely and have been using my 4G which is becoming very costly. Please can this be sorted ASAP

@Plusnet Hi, we've had intermittent service for two hours now with the internet frequently crashing and the router flashing orange. We've been advised by you previously not to use the restart button on the router-- would you advise turning it off at the wall to restart it?
