    @Plusnet Please read the tweets aimed at you. There are reports from all over the country that your broadband isn’t working (neither is ours). We’ve got people working from home here who need their broadband. Please fix it!

    @plusnethelp hi could you help with some settings please . I have a plusnet free online acc . I can see all my email folders on my phone but I have just purchased an android tablet . I have set up Gmail but can't see my folders. Thanks

    @ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

    @plusnet. For the last week, I have been unable to receive calls on my mobile at home due to a very weak signal or no signal at all!! Need this sorting out ASAP!

    @Jarmara @Plusnet I was told that they will reimburse me for the cost of BT Hotspot - good job as I can’t really test how good the connection will be until I’ve signed/paid up. Not sure whether we’ll be able to WFH on a public network due to certain security requirements on our connections.

    @Plusnet Hi plusnet 👋. I have an issue where my router for the past three days has been randomly going orange at times. Also when on the phone it starts to crackle. Previously I’ve been working from home fine. When I look in the event log there is lots of fragmented packets 🤔

    @plusnet Waiting since Friday for my phone number to activate, no network. Numerous calls made to customer services. No help whatsoever. End of another day & still waiting for number to activate. Does anyone actually know what is wrong. Said 1 day to activate. Horrendous !

    @Plusnet Renewed my broadband service with you and have had fibre extra for 2-3 years now so was really annoyed that I wasn’t allowed the new Hub 2, you certainly don’t look after existing customers.

    @Plusnet @esarty Then should you not provide a dongle or free access to the BT hotspot facility? Admin errors happen, but you should do all you can to provide the service promised to your customer.

    @KBGreyhoundlady @_loves_dogs Glad it’s sorted. We had VM at our last place for years but v expensive, kept trying to put it up, regular pestering sales calls, v poor customer service, quite a lot of outage. When we left took me a year to get final bill sorted. No probs with Plusnet,easy to contact.

    Hi @Plusnet you have illegally taken control of my parents account & left them without broadband & landline. They are both in their 80s & my mum is disabled & housebound, the phone & internet are their lifeline. I need an urgent fix please.
