    @ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

    @TalkTalk Why nobody in your company has the backbone to pick up a phone and explain why you didn’t repair,why I got charged,why I had to pay a exit fee, Plusnet sorted it in 3 days and I’ve never had such a good signal by the way it was a faulty master socket

    @Plusnet Through no fault of yours, I am paying for a service I can’t access. Royal Mail have failed to deliver router and have lied about why. I have contacted them however they say I have to wait 10 days! Please could you send a replacement router with a reliable delivery co.

    @Plusnet Regular occurrence. No access to emails for 3 days now and I cannot access the webmail portal. This happens regularly they take agesvto fix it then it happens again and again. I need to change provider.
