@ItsGav86 Remember that Smarty won’t have their own network; there are only 4 carriers. Smarty uses Three’s network underneath, so check its coverage in areas you live and go. You might also lose some features compared with Three. (eg, Plusnet Mobile uses EE & lacks its WiFi Calling)

@Plusnet Hi, I have Plusnet Mobile but MMS has never worked. I've tried the config thing on EE's site that sends an SMS with settings but that didn't work, nor did trying to send an MMS to myself. Is there anything you can do?

@Plusnet our devices have full WiFi signal and are attached to the router, but the internet keeps dropping out for no reason for the past week. Generally a router reset seems to make it work again but sometimes it doesn’t come back for an extended amount of time. Hp6 area
