The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

I have 7 months left on my contract & can’t wait for it to be up. They’ll say it’s the 5ghz & that needs separating from the 2ghz but don’t that don’t work

We have been trying to get them to install broadband at St Thomas of Canterbury church since July last year and yet again they have screwed up installation. Their customer service is a joke!
