The account says an error has occurred "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later". 8 months it said this.

(So they can fix their mistake there) 3/ Why can the public not contact you AT ALL! 4/ Why does the public have to wait 3 days for any problem that Openreach could have caused? Get a Systems Analyst in, (of which I am one), to find all the inadequate systems your managers are currently running! Because a 3 days wait for any problem, is something someone needs to get Fired for!

(@Matt_Q_OnX) reported@MikeWhi29270353 I never said they did, I said they can. - If you're on such a supplier you simply go to the likes of Vonage and get your telephone service from them; it then runs on the Plusnet (or whatever) internet connection. Plusnet CHOSE not to provide the service - their loss.
